1 week later:
Mom, Dad and Sophia were leaving today. I don't know. At first I felt so unhappy about it, but now I was kinda excited to try a life without my family always behind my back. I think I will enjoy it.
"Sophie? Are you packed? We are leaving in 15 minutes okay?" Mom yelled from downstairs. I could tell she was really nervous. "Yes Mom don't worry, okay?! I'm packed since yesterday," and she was annoyed with Mom still yelling if she has everything packed.
So eventually I was happy I won't go, because I really don't Mom yellling at me whole day.
Mom planned I will go to the airport with them and then Belen will pick me up there. I decided that now I'm going to go say goodbye to Sophia properly.
I knocked on her door and went in. "Hey Soph, I came to say goodbye to you now, because I don't think we will have time later." "Awww you're so sweet sis," she said with a sweet smile.
"Thanks. So I am going to miss you so much," yes this was so true. We were basically inseparable even though we were fighting basically all the time.
Her smile grew even bigger and she didn't say anything. She just hugged me. I hugged her back. "Keep safe here without me, Sam. Okay? And make sure you will enoy it. And don't only focus on school! Don't forget you have Bella!"
Yeah Bella is my best friend. We are best friend for like 5 years. She is always here for me and she is always supporting me.
"Sure, enough life advices okay? I'm already 19 so I'm fine," I laughed softly. "And I would never forget about my Isabelle don't worry." And yes I was calling Isabela with many names.
"Girls, come downstairs! We are leaving now." Mom yelled again. I looked at Sophia and she looked at me too. We both started laughing so hard. After like a minute we finall caught our breaths and I remembered we could come downstairs because Mom called us.
I grabbed her hand and whispered: "Come on! I think we gotta go." We both were still laughing a bit so it was super funny.
We stormed downstairs and Mom was almost death staring at us. "What Mom?" I asked while giggling. "We were just having last fun with Sam, come on Mom don't get annoyed so easily." Sophie finished.
Mom didn't say anything but she looked more chilled. "Okay so let's go," Dad said.
We got in car. After about 5 minutes Mom started speaking. "Okay so, Sam, we will give you keys from house. I will tell you how will it go. When we arrive to the airport, we are going to say goodbye to youand gonna go check-in. Then you will go outside of the airport and wait for Belen to pick you up. Okay?"
"Yeah, Mom, I understand," I answered.
"And to be sure everything goes well I will give you her phone number. You can call her if you weren't sure where to wait or something."
"Yes, okay, thanks. I will be fine," I started to be annoyed with her care. I knew she was really nervous but still I'm not a child anymore.
"We are here," Dad announced our arrival at the airport. "Get your suitcases out of the trunk."
To be honest it felt wierd being on the airport and not going anywhere. I loved flying so I would love to go with them. But I really couldn't. I was actually so excited to go to the new school!
"So Sam, we gotta go to check in," Mom said. "Do you know what to do?" "Yes Mom, I'll wait here until Belen comes, I know," I answered. Yeah, annoying nervous Mom.
"Okay so Samantha goodbye, see you in a month," Dad said and hugged me. I hugged him back. "Bye Dad. Have a safe flight and enjoy it in America."
"Bye Sam," Sophie said. "Enjoy living with a football star and don't miss me too much." "You wish I'll miss you," I said jokingly. "And you enjoy it too."
