troll to my heart ~ Chen

AUTHOR'S POV

You and Chen have been classmates since forever. He is known to be the class jester and troll as well as one of the gorgeous guys in your school. His relentless pranks and jokes didn't hinder nor affect his popularity among the girls. It even ignited the admiration they have towards Chen making them do everything to catch his attention. On the other hand, your the typical girl who wanted an ordinary life, who just want to stay away from the limelight and stay the nerdy wallflower that you are. Unfortunately, most of the time(and by saying most of the time it means that every single time he gets the opportunity meaning everytime he lays his eyes on you ) you have been the center of his pranks and jokes. You didn't exactly know when it started. You just woke up one day, and you're already in this miserable situation. It's ironic how jealous his fangirls are at you when in fact you feel like you're living in the worst nightmare without a single chance of waking up from it. Usually, he'll point out every single flaw you have from how short you are to how nerdy you look with your eyeglasses making all of your self esteem go down the drain. Before, he just kept everything between the two of you by whispering nasty things at you but then he grew tired and bored of it so he decided to escalate it to the next level by teasing you around two or three individuals until he went all out turning into the big bad jerk of the century and embarrass you in front of everyone. At first, you just ignored him until the thin string of patience snapped and you started throwing comebacks at him much to his liking however he always manages to win every single argument leaving you aggravated everytime. To your disappointment, your nasty exchanges not only made your classmates amused but also some of the student body which completely blew off your dream of being a wallflower. Your thankful he still didn't cross the line and still has the decency to not do it in front of the faculty. This made you want to throw daggers at him whenever your path crosses and you mean it literally.  Thus, you chose to stay away from him and avoid him as much as possible and at all cost.

You entered the school grounds humming happily to yourself. It's a bright Monday morning and you're looking forward to this day since it is quite a free day because it's just the beginning of your senior year and you want to absorb all the positivity you could get. Unfortunately, to your disappointment,this turned out to be another unlucky day for you because as soon as you entered your school grounds Chen suddenly appeared out of nowhere grinning at you like a Cheshire cat with his cheek bones more visible and the sides of his lips curved upward showing his infamous smirk. You let out an annoyed groan and sighed heavily.

YOUR (*'.'*) POV

It's the first day of the school year and everything goes wrong. Great. What is the probability that I'll see him first thing in the morning? Well, I think it's 100%. Well (*'.'*), that's unfortunate!  I mocked myself. However, I was shocked that he didn't say anything after greeting me 'Good morning '. Well that's a first.

I went to my classroom and sat waiting for the teacher. As I scan the class, I noticed Chen was not around. Satisfied that finally he's not going to be my classmate this year and continue to annoy the crap out of me, I smiled browsing my book scanning the topics we'll be discussing.

As the bell rang, i closed my book and sat properly as I saw the teacher heading to our classroom. However, as she was about to enter the room she was blocked by none other than Chen. Oh ehm, what is he doing? I stared at them while they are talking but as I glanced at Chen he suddenly turned and caught me staring. To my horror, he just shamelessly wink at me. I almost choked on my own spit with his blatant actions. What on earth is he doing?  After a few minutes and to my disappointment, both of them entered the class with Chen smiling happily to himself and proceeded in sitting at the back of the class. I looked at the teacher for any clue of what they talked about or at least check on her reaction but she just looked normal to me. I felt uneasy but just shrugged it off. After greeting us, the teacher just went on
