Third Person P.O.V
Y/n sent a man flying across the room with a harsh kick as she rushed to find the room Daniel was supposedly in.

"My god.. whys there so many of you guys??" She whined as she fought her way through the men guarding the door. Suddenly, someone swiftly launched a knife in her direction, grazing her cheek before she knocked him out. She then reached the door panting and caught her breath before breaking the doors open with a loud slam!

"Daniel?" Y/n muttered under her breath as her eyes took in the disturbing sight. Bloody unconscious but hopefully not dead bodies surrounded him as he stood there stiffly. Y/n's eyes filled with worry as she slowly approached Daniel. As she got closer, her breath hitched and her eyes widened at his eyes. Her soft e/c eyes were locked with Daniel's dark black eyes with a small white pupil.

""Hey.." She whispered as she drew closer, her heart racing after each step. Her hand slowly found it's way to his face as she cupped it tenderly. Daniel's eyes widened slightly before they slowly fluttered closed. He leaned into the touch and silence filled the blood stained room as the two stood there. Soon, Daniel's eyes opened but they were different. The darkness that once engulfed his eyes had been replaced with his soft sweet looking ones once again.

"What happened.. hey are you alright?"
Daniel's face then shifted to panic as he placed both his hands on Y/n's shoulder, gazing at her with affection and concern. Her eyes widened for a moment before she let out a snort.

"There you are."

"Huh?" He said confused as he scratched the back of his head.

"It was like you were under some mind control.." she giggled with a nervous smile.

Daniel's breath hitched as his grip on her tightened ever so slightly.

"Did I hurt you?" Was the first thing that he shakily whispered out.

"..no?" Y/n stared back at him confused.

"Thank god." He murmured under his breath as he rested his forehead against hers. She smiled and gently cupped his face, kissing him on the cheek.

"I know you'd never hurt me silly." She giggled and ruffled his hair. Daniel stood there shocked and frozen as his color turned a bright shade of red.

"Y-yeah.. of course" he answered sweetly as he gently pulled a strand of hair behind her ear.

"How did you.. get that cut?" A frown appeared on his face as his hand gently grazed over the scar on her cheek.

"It's nothing, someone managed to get me while I tried getting back here." Y/n said reassuringly as she gently held his wrist, stroking it tenderly with her thumb.

"I'm sorry. I should've protected you." He grimaced as his gaze fell down, looking at his feet. He looked like a sulking puppy.

Y/n sighed and shook her head before gently tilting his chin up with her hand, pecking him on the lips.

"I'm still in one piece, don't worry about it." She winked as she watched him slowly fade into a darker shade of red.

"Hey.. a warning would be nice.." He rasped out shyly as he covered part of his face with one hand, looking away bashfully.

"Love you too."
