Second Person P.O.V
"Y/n.. the movie hasn't even started silly.."

"But the music is terrifying!" You whined as you buried your head deeper into his shoulder, earning a small chuckle from Daniel.

You had pleaded to Daniel to watch a horror movie with you all day, and although he was hesitant, he agreed. Now you two were on the couch with you latching onto him as the movie's intro continued playing.

Daniel's gaze shifted from the dim screen to you. He had a small grin on his face at the sight of you, eyes squeezed shut with a small pout on your lips.

"Y/n.." he said gently as he patted your head, "you'll be alright.. nothing scary is on the tv right now ." He teased.

You slowly lifted your head off his shoulder and looked back at the screen, only to be met with a terrifying creature.

You shrieked and launched your arms around his neck, causing Daniel to stumble back against the couch.

"You liar!" You grumbled with a glare. Poor Daniel's luck was not present and he quickly apologized and rubbed your back soothingly.

"Y/n I swear it was all calm and peaceful when I looked at the screen." He whispered with a small frown on his face.

"You've lost my trust." You huffed, puffing out your cheeks.

Daniel sighed and gently placed his larger hand on top of yours.

"I'm sorry. Please don't lose your trust in me." He said softly as his eyes locked with yours.

"Daniel that's not fair." You whined as Daniel threw such an innocent look at you, causing you to instantly feel all mushy and warm on the inside.

"What do you mean?" He asked, tilting his head to the side slightly.

"I was joking, idiot.." You mumbled with a small blush. You then cupped his face with both hands, causing his signature smile to paint his face beautifully.

"Oh haha, sorry." He said softly, a soft pink hue dusting his cheeks as well.

"Why are you so goddamn cute.." you muttered under your breath as you squished his face together, earning a nervous laugh from Daniel as he averted his gaze, attempting to not melt into a puddle.

Hr slowly let his eyes wander back to your face and his breath hitched ever so slightly. The way you looked at him was just too much. There were practically hearts in your eyes as you whispered endless sweet words about him, almost forgetting how you were "mad" at him earlier. He let out a shaky sigh before gently prying your hands off his face, placing a soft kiss on the back of your right hand before smiling at you.

"Y/n, you still want to finish this movie or are we done?" He asked gently as he combed his fingers through your h/c  hair.

"I still want to finish it!" You said triumphantly as you turned back to the tv. You had already missed most of the beginning due to being too busy ogling over Daniel, but you didn't mind. You scooted closer to the taller boy beside you and rested your cheek against his shoulder, not taking your eyes off the screen.

"Hey.. it's honestly not even that bad." You mumbled.

Daniel let out a snort before wrapping an arm around your waist, pulling you closer.

"Not even that long ago, you were practically on top of me." He said with a playful smirk as his hand drew small circles on your waist. You rolled your eyes and playfully kicked his leg.

"We don't talk about that."

"It was cute.." he whispered as he leaned down and placed a gentle kiss on your cheek, the contact instantly causing your face to warm.

"When'd you get so bold.." you muttered, slightly pressing your face into his shoulder.

He chuckled in response and rested his head atop of yours.

"I just love you a lot, Y/n." He said with a wide smile

"The movies over." He whispered as he nudged you slightly. Your eyes fluttered open and instinctively you nuzzle you face against his shoulder.

"Did you like the movie?" He asked softly.

"I didn't even watch half of it Daniel.."

"Ah.. right haha."

You looked up at him for a second before yawning.

"Tired?"

"Mhmm."

You then poked his shoulder.

"Can you lay down?"

"Uhm sure?" He flashed a confused smile before obeying and laying down on the couch.

Once he laid down, you then crawled into his embrace.

"You could've just asked to cuddle yknow." He whispered teasingly before wrapping his arms tightly around your torso.

"Too late." You sighed as you relaxed and buried your face in the crook of his neck.

"Sleep well." He whispered into your ear before kissing the top of your head.

"I love you" you whispered back, your breath fanning cool air right against his skin, causing him to shiver.

His face brightened at your words and he squeezed you tighter ever so slightly.

"I love you too."
