It was the next day and Celeste hadn't talked to Mal since her outburst. She kept as far away from Mal as possible just wanting to avoid her, it was the same with Ben. He still hadn't spoken a word to Celeste since the big tourney game. Celeste was completely heartbroken but she didn't show it.

The five teens were sitting in goodness class patiently waiting for the bell to ring. Celeste sat by herself at the back of the class, while Evie and Mal sat together, and Jay and Carlos sat together.

"Children excuse me" fairy god mother spoke as she made her way towards the teens.

Celeste didn't look up at her, she just kept her head down, not caring.

"As you know, this sunday is family day here at Auradon Prep, and because your parents can't be here, due to distance, we've arranged for a special treat" she spoke and made her way towards a computer that was set up at the front of the class. She pressed a button and they were met with Maleficent's face in front of the entire screen.

"I don't see anything, nor do I hear" Maleficent spoke.

Fairy godmother waved the kids over so they could talk to their parents. Four of them did but Celeste stayed put. There was no point anyway, her mother wasn't there so why would she be a part of this.

She silently watched as fairy godmother was distracted by the screen as she argued with Maleficent. Celeste stood up and ran out of the class room wanting to get away.

She sighed as she made her way down the halls going nowhere in particular. She had her eyes on the ground not watching where she was going, letting out a small gasp as she felt herself collide with another body.

She jumped out of shock and looked up, sighing when she saw that it was Ben. He also looked a little shocked but gave her a small smile.

"Sorry, I wasn't watching where I was going" she spoke before going to walk off.

Ben stopped her quickly "hey um, we haven't talked in awhile, how are you doing?" he asked with genuine curiosity.

Celeste looked shocked, how could he be asking her how she's doing when he ignored and avoided her for days. "You've got some nerve" she scoffed.

Ben was a little shocked at her response. He didn't know why she was so upset. "What do you mean?" he asked.

"You ignored me for days, randomly confessed your love for one of my closest friends, proceeded to take her on a date and never talked to me once. I- I thought..." she stopped herself from saying anything else. Instead she looked at the ground.

"You thought what?" he looked down at her, trying to look for some sort of response.

"It doesn't matter" she said blankly.

"No it does matter, it matters to me" he tried to reassure her.

Celeste looked up at him, her eyes glossy with tears. "Look, I-I um..." she couldn't get the words out.

Ben grabbed her hand "hey, it's okay you can tell me" he spoke reassuringly.

"I think I have feelings for you" she spoke quietly but loud enough for him to hear.

Ben didn't say anything, he just stared at her.

what if he doesn't like me back.

oh god I've ruined everything.

Celeste signed "and now I've made things awkward. I'm sorry I'm just gonna go" she said and pulled her hand out of his grasp.

"No, it's not that, I'm just a little shocked, I didn't think you'd have feelings for me" he spoke.

"Well now you know, but you're dating Mal so I'm just gonna have to get over those feelings" she spoke quickly.

Ben shook his head "I'm not with Mal, I never was. I didn't want to say anything because it could ruin your friendship with her" he explained.

"Say what?" she asked, wondering what Mal could have done.

"She spelled me. Put a love spell on me, but the spell broke when I jumped into the enchanted lake on my date with her, I broke up with her after that" he explained. Scared of how she would react.

Celeste's eyes went wide. She didn't think Mal would go that far, all to get the wand that her mother wants.

"I'm gonna kill her" Celeste spoke lowly ready to storm away.

Ben's next words shocked her to her core.

"I have feelings for you to!" he shouted quickly.

Celeste turned to face him "y-you do?" she was confused.

"I didn't say anything because I didn't want to ruin our friendship but now that I know you share those same feelings..." his words slowly faded away as he grabbed the side of her face and pulled her in, his lips meeting hers.

Celeste couldn't believe it she didn't know how to react, this was her first kiss. She kissed him back, his lips were soft on her's she had never imagined anything like this when she thought about her first kiss.

They eventually pulled away for air, Ben lay his forehead against her's, smiling like crazy. He grabbed her hand and held it in his.

"I just have one question" Ben spoke.

Celeste nodded her head signalling for him to continue.

"Will you be my girlfriend?" he shyly asked.

Celeste smiled widely. "I'd like that"

Celeste stormed down the hall towards her room. She shoved open the door seeing Mal and Evie look at her shocked.

"How could you!?" she shouted at Mal.

Mal looked shocked by her friend's outburst.

"How could I what?" she asked.

Celeste scoffed "how could you put a love spell on Ben, all so you could get the wand. He didn't deserve that" she shouted. She was mad. Mad that Mal thought it was okay to do such a thing.

"I was just doing what I thought was best to get the wand. It just happened to include using Ben but I'm not sorry I did it" Mal yelled back.

"Using him?! You know I knew you were evil, but I didn't think you would take it that far. Messing with someones life like that, it's a really sick and fucked up thing to do" Celeste said through gritted teeth.

Evie stood staring at the girls in shock.

"Look I know you want to please your mom, but this isn't the way, you can't just go around spelling whoever you want" Celeste yelled.

"I just want to get the wand and get out, can we at least just do that" Mal asked.

Celeste thought for a second "fine, but don't expect us to still be friends and don't expect me to be coming back to the isle with you" she spoke before walking to her bed.

"your not coming back?" Evie asked sadly.

Celeste shook her head "there's nothing for me there anyway, no parents, nothing"

"b-but you have us" the girl spoke with tears in her eyes.

"I was never really apart of your group, it was always the 4 of you and I was just there, so when you guys get the wand and leave, I'm staying here" she spoke and turned away from the two girls.

Her life was starting to fall apart.

But at least she had Ben.

And he had her.
