Things That I Miss

I miss my old house

I miss my home country (never thought I'd say this but here I am)

I miss the old comedy movies that my home country used to make starring some of the greatest actors with zero political stuff - now they mostly just make dramatic and depressing stuff and the comedies aren't that good

I miss James Corden and his show especially the carpool karaoke

I miss Ellen DeGeneres and her show

I miss Nicki and Pierre

I miss One Direction

I miss the time when all the members were happy

I miss the time when Liam was happy

I miss the 2010-2016 music

I miss my close friends that I haven't seen in two years straight

I miss my other friends that I haven't seen in two years straight

I miss my old school

I miss the way I was so not self conscious in 2020 that I had a fight with a couple of my friends - one time when a friend said Adele was too old and old fashioned and I got so angry that I quit every single group chat that she was in and gave her the cold shoulder until she listened to Skyfall and said she was sorry and I finally forgave her - turned out my other friend told her to apologize :I 

I miss the time in primary school when I didn't have to worry about having friends because I was friends with the whole class

I miss the time when I didn't know there was such a thing as "caring about what others think of you especially the way that you look"

I miss my cousin and getting to act irritated around him and show no interest in what he was saying but actually deep down loving that he'd always ask me to spend time with him

I miss my dad's parents house

I miss snowy days

I miss the fantasies that me and my friend had

I miss the two times when I went to my friend's house and the whole time all we did was watching YouTube shorts without even saying anything

I miss the short time in summer when me and my friend would go to the gym and always have a race to the car when coming back

I miss my mum's pharmacy

I miss my old room and bed

I miss the times when I'd finish reading a book in two days

I miss my other cat

I miss Kelowna, Canada

I miss my mum's parents house

I miss the times when my brother would buy a movie and we'd watch it together and have chips

I miss the textbooks that my old school gave us and the smell of them

I miss the feeling of going back to school on the first day of fall

I miss the traditions that my family used to celebrate before we came to Australia

I miss riding a horse

I miss hanging out with my friends
