Letter from my past self

First of all hi. It's been quite a while, and if you're still here then kudos to you! I appreciate it :)

Now to my main point

So i was going through the documents in my school's google drive and i found a letter i wrote to my future self back in 2022! (aka when i was in year 7) I remember the day we wrote it, it was for a school thing:

Dear future self,

Hi! How're you doing? I hope you're doing great. How is the future? Do you like it? Is it good? Are things going the way you wanted or expected them to go? Do you miss your past self? :)

Since you may have forgotten about the person that you used to be, I'm gonna give you a reminder yourself. (Or about me, we can say)

Well, currently, I'm 13 years old, (or 14...I've just finished 13). And I wear glasses. Do you still use glasses?

My favorite hobbies are listening to music, reading a book, talking to my friends, watching movies, and creating short videos or editing pictures. I also love writing stories, and daydreaming.

About my plans for the future, I was actually thinking about writing a few novels and publishing them. I also wanted to publish my short videos too. Lately, I've been thinking about becoming a director, but I don't know if that's gonna work or not. I really don't have any other ideas for an actual job; have you?

I currently don't have many friends at school, but I hope I'll find more friends in the upcoming years. ( I think that's normal, today is my second week in [school's name].)

I walk to school in the morning and walk back home after school. It's probably because we are living at my uncle's house for now, (which is so close to the school) but we're going to move to our own house after a while.
