My parents have these two friends whom are married
They aren't related to use whatsoever, they are just family friends.
And ever since I was little, my siblings and I have referred to them as "Tía" and "Tío",
Tía and Tío, in some form(s?) of Spanish (can't vouch for them all) means Aunt and Uncle
I have been referring to Family friends as my Aunt and Uncle and haven't put even the slightest thought into how weird it might seem to other people
