*Third person's pov"

It was Sunday and Ishika was sleeping, she woke by the sound of the door bell and went to open it.

"Yes how can I help you uncle" Ishika Asked
"I am the Secretary of this Apartment and I have been getting a lot of complaints about you" said the man.

"Complaints? what kind of complaint?" Asked Ishika

" A man has been coming to pick you up for some weeks and yesterday night he came to drop you what's going on, you said you live alone and you have no relatives in this town then why are men coming to drop you and pick you remember in this apartment family lives what will children learn" the man said

"Sorry uncle that won't be repeated" Ishika said and closed the door.

'why god, why me. Nothing is working out. Should I just die' thought Ishika and went back to bed.

Ishika was at the reception of the café she was working in. It was Sunday so she was working for the whole day.

Her phone buzzed and after seeing the caller id she ignored it.
But it again buzzed and she picked it up.

"Hey Ishika" Said Aaditri
"Hi" Ishika replied
"Where are you?" Aaditri asked

"At café" Ishika replied
"You are working on Sunday too" Aaditri asked and Ishika hummed in response.

"I wanted to meet you, okay I will come at the café only" Aaditri said and before Ishika could deny her she ended the call.

Ishika sigh and then again smiled to welcome the customers.

Ishika and Aaditri were now walking on the footpath to eat ice cream after ishika's shift was over.

"Ishika" Aaditri said gaining ishika's attention.
"What do you think about Garv bhaiya" Aaditri asked.

"I haven't known him for a long time and whenever we were together we talked about nothing other than greetings, so I don't really know what i should think about him. But judging from his behaviour he seems gentle, also he has got everything a man should but again I can't judge a book by its cover" Ishika said

"Then say yes to this marriage proposal, Ishika I swear you won't get anyone better than Garv Bhaiya" Aaditri said.

"Aaditri i am still young, I have dreams, I have to complete my studies and be independent" Ishika replied.

"And do you think my family will stop you from doing this?" Aaditri said and ishika didn't say anything.

"Ishika my family loves you from day one they have met you and Garv bhaiya is the best child of our family " Aaditri Said and Ishika stayed silent.

"Say yes please " Aaditri said

"Aaditri how can I trust someone again?! It's not like I am saying your family is bad or something but i don't know anything about him" Said Ishika.

"If you say yes it's not like they will get you married the next day, you can take your time to know us to know bhaiya and you can't deny the fact Garv bhaiya is heavenly handsome " Said Aaditri and ishika chuckled on her words.

"Is it yes" Aaditri asked again.
"I don't know, what if I don't feel comfortable with him" Asked Ishika

"Then you can change your yes into no" Aaditri said.

"Now is it yes?" Asked Aaditri again to which Ishika didn't react.

"So its a yes" aaditri said and ishika just smiled.

Aaditri entered the house
"Badi ma, ma , dadi, bade papa i finally convinced her, she said yes" Aaditri told everyone and everyone smiled.

"Now it's time to talk to Garv" Garv's mother said
"What do you mean you haven't talked to him yet" Asked Garv's father.

"I was waiting for Ishika's answer, and i know my Garv will not deny me" His mother said and walked towards his room.

Garv was working on his laptop when he heard a knock on his door, he got up from the couch and opened the door just to witness his mother with her precious smile.

"Garv I have been wanting to talk to you about something" his mother said and he nodded letting her get inside.

"Garv you know Ishika, she have no one with her. She doesn't have a family and at a young age she is working and studying. It's hard for her and I want to include her in our family" His mother said

"That's a good thing you can adopt her" Garv Said focusing on his laptop.

"Adopting her at this age?! Seriously Garv I want her as my daughter in law" she said and Garv looked up with a confused look.

"Marry her" His mother said.

"Ma you know i don't believe in love and marriage" Said Garv
"But I do, and now enough of your excuses and ignorance it's been 5 years, you are getting married and that's final, all the kids in family are at the age they should get married but because of you they can't " said his mother.

"It's not like I am stopping someone," Said Garv
"But society is" Said his mother

"My descision is final" Sais his mother and went out.

'Ma I am not good for her, I am afraid i will hurt her. She is too good for me she deserves better' Garv thought and closed his eyes.

"Garv, Listen to me" Said Garv's mother who was About to leave for office he stopped and looked at his mother.

"Leave early from office and go to xxx café at 9pm" Said his mother
"Why" he asked

"Ishika works there, pick her up and you two go for dinner. Let her know you" Said his mother and he nodded.

Ishika was taking orders, it was almost 9 and her shift was going to get over. The clock hit 9pm and she groaned as the door opened 'Another order's she thought.

"What would you like to have sir" she asked focusing on screen.
"Your time" Garv said gaining her attention she looked up just to witness Mr. Garv Kapoor.

"Pardon" she said.
" Lets have dinner together" he said and Ishika just looked at him.

"Take your belongings and come outside I am waiting in my car" he said and walked out.
