Hey everyone,

So, I've cooked up yet another Bucky fic! This time, though, we're diving into some darker themes.

We're talking about the aftermath of everything up until Civil War in the Marvel Universe, but after that? Well, that's where things start to veer off from the usual storyline.

See, in this tale, Bucky doesn't head off to Wakanda. Nope, he sticks around with Steve. Together, they're on a mission-a mission of redemption. They're out there trying to make things right for every soul the Winter Soldier wronged.

But here's the kicker: there's someone else in the mix. Someone who's become Bucky's top priority. Her name? The Crimson Reaper. She's a survivor of Hydra's sick experiments, just like Bucky. And he's made it his mission to save her, no matter what it takes. What makes it even more complicated? Bucky's the reason Hydra got a hold of her in the first place.
