when the fireworks begin :Preston and Raven

Raven walked outside with a smile. She put on music and danced around the castle blinded and Josephine saw she was a happy woman she was inspired by her . Josephine then saw ivy arrive. She then grabbed Ravens arm and raven froze turning the music off.
"What is it ?" She asked confused.
"Your highness your mother in law is here."
"Oh . Can you help me into an exquisite dress?" Raven asked politely.
"Your grace you do not ask its improper. "  Josephine scolded leading her to her wardrobe.  Raven didn't have her glasses.
"What's your name?"
"Josephine windle the first. Named after my mother."
"Cool um......so I have a secret do not tell anyone only my husband and family knows . "
"I promise. After all my family is known for being the best spies. My cousin is corrice of the Nigerian kingdom and I wanna be just like her!" Josephine stated and raven smiled.
"I know her.  She would watch the princess and my silly cousin's when they were younger.  They got into lots of trouble. " they giggled together as Josephine picked a light blue dress with a gold cloak. "My secret is I am blind but when I put my glasses on I can see.  But I keep it a secret because people may use it against me. I am smart and I have good memory. " Raven explained as Josephine helped her into the dress. 
"You look awesome. I'll get your glasses ." Josephine went to grab her glasses and ivy was talking with the maid's finding out information about the queen . Josephine stayed quiet and just delivered the glasses.  Raven smiled seeing how wonderful she looked. 
"I gotta show my hubby. "
Raven grabbed her phone and texted him.
Heeeeeey husband.  I got a surprise for you see you In the garden! Oh and MIL is here  . ❤️

She rushed to the garden and she ordered flowers for him. She cut them and put them around the table.  The maid's helped her enjoying it with her.  She then made pancakes and waffles with sausage patties. She made him an egg omelet and In the process ivy came in .
"What Is the meaning of this? " ivy shouted snatching the plate and throwing the food away.  The maid's gasped  .
"I was cooking for my husband !" Raven shouted and she was upset  .
"How dare you shout at me!"
"I will shout to the mountains for all I care. This is our special morning after breakfast and you threw it away!"
"We have maid's you look a mess!" Ivy shouted .
"I don't GIVE A DAMN!" Raven shouted and she slapped Raven.
"Mother." Preston said . Raven went to her room and shut the door and cried. Josephine went to ivy.
"You're a witch! And I don't care if I end up homeless I Rather be anywhere but near you . She cares for the king and loves him isn't that enough ?" Josephine went to the King.
"Your highness the queen designed the whole table in flowers with her bare hands she requested when you came down to have you wait there ......I don't know what there is to wait for though....sorry. " Josephine said sadly. Preston looked at the child.
"How old are you darling ?"
"14 but 15 next month your highness. " Josephine answered. 
"You are the queens personal assistant now go see that she is refreshed tell my lady I will see her in the garden in about an hour. My dear staff I need some help I have an idea." Preston said ignoring his mother's presents. The staff was confused on what the spontaneous king had planned . He then told them that he'd let her cook for him but in the fashion of a Chinese restaurant cooking fried rice. They got the ingredients and they hoped it would work. Raven came out with her locs covering her face.  Preston saw her and he sighed.
"My queen please show Me your Grace's to look upon me." Preston said and she did so removing her hair letting it hang. She looked at everything and she smiled.
"What's the meaning of this my king?'
"I'd like my wife to cook for me. It's something that I would love to see ." Preston said.  Raven then grabbed the mixing bowl and began to cook . He enjoyed it very well. She was happy doing it and the maid's and guards were fond of the good queen. She gave them pancakes and she went to ivy and gave her some writing sorry in white glaze. The woman ignored her and raven just set the plate down.  She walked to her lover.

Months Passed and the couple had kingdom duties. Raven made sure shirestone had things in order.  She started the morning off going outside praying for her people.  Josephine listened to her pleads and requests and it fascinated the servant.
"Amen." Raven whispered.  She then prayed for her husband because he was to leave very soon. She sat meditating as her mother in law arrived . She saw the queen.
"The queen wishes to not be disturbed. " Josephine simply stated to ivy.
"This matter is important. " ivy walked towards her. Josephine stopped her. "What's the meaning?"
"She is not to be disturbed!" Josephine argued as Preston arrived from the market with flowers for his wife. He saw her meditating and he dare not bother her. Raven got it from her father. He'd often pray a long while if he was troubles about something. 
"It's an important matter!" Ivy moved Josephine forcefully.  Preston saw his mother walking towards her. "Your grace!" Ivy called and raven ignored her. "You dare ignore me?" Ivy replied and raven stood and walked to the woman.
"Forgive me but my husband will be going soon so I was praying for his safety. " Raven replied with gentleness.
"It can wait."
"These are our quarters you can't just disturb me when you please. " Raven told her.  "And praying for my husband cannot wait. It's my way of protecting him."
"Non sense. You must learn to protect as a queen not a nun . Now the issues of the town need to be addressed by the queen. We also have rules to discuss  ."
