{Sneaking In}

January 7th 1983 

At Lunchtime 

I quickly walked to the Science Block where Noah was. Even his presence made me uneasy. Throughout the 5 minutes I had talked to Noah lust consumed me. I didn't know why or even how, all I knew was that I was addicted to the feeling already. 

"I wouldn't have ever thought your friends would let you go even 2 steps away from them." 

"Well i'm very convincing." 

"I can tell," my heart fluttered "so, how have you been?" 

"Fine I guess, fine is the best you can get with a controlling father." 

"He hasn't changed?" 

"Not one bit. That's nothing new though, I think my personality changed a bit? Sorry, the past few years have been a fever dream." 

"You don't need to apologise! There's probably not much you could've done anyways." 

"But that's enough about me! What about you?" 

"Thanks for asking! My parents' Café has been getting a lot of costumers lately! So much infact that we moved a bit closer to the school! Well, 1 hour away is still alot but it's an improvement!" 

"Congratulations! Tell your parents i'm so proud of them!" 

"Awe! Thanks Mike!" 

Noah pulled me into an embrace and oh my GOODNESS, it was perfect, the way he held me was one of the thousands of reasons why! The best part about it was that flawless hug only lasted 5 seconds, imagine how a 10 second hug would make me feel?! 

"Now that I think about it, two things about you changed alot." 

"What are they?" 

"How kind you are and how it makes you even prettier than before!" 

At that point the only thing stopping me from jumping on top of him right then and there was my self control and even that was on the verge of giving up. I was shaking with hysteria. 

"Thank you so much!" I managed to get out. 

Then I saw Noah clearing trying not to laugh. 

"What's so funny?" I genuinely asked. 

"Mike, your face is completely red! Are you embarrassed?" 

Oh my gosh. 

"WHAT?! Like not just my cheeks?" 

"Literally your whole entire face!" 

I covered my face with my hands. I was more than embarrassed. 

" Don't worry it's fine! You probably aren't used to things like this." 

"Right, your right." 

He wasn't completely wrong but he missed the main reason. 

"I think you should go back inside, the bell is about to go!" 

"Ok then! I'll see you tomorrow!"

"What if I come to your house?" 

"I doubt you'll know where it is and my parents won't let you in!" 

"I'll come through your window!"
