It's when both male or female vampires suffer through a fever that could cause their death. This is Why their are so few royals now. I immediately pushed the doctor away and leaned over her. I woke up to see Damon with his head on my stomach asleep sitting next to me on the floor. When I made a move to sit up I finally noticed his arm around my waist when it tightened it's grip.
