Today I woke up and it was cloudy with little subshine.the house was so quiet, It felt like it was a ghost town.Jacob was still asleep. And so was the twins. So I decided to go take a drive . I threw on my ROCS , my black Jordan's 12's and white tee and a black leather jacket. I walked down the stairs not even halfway ... When I heard a loud thud. I ran down the stairs to the kitchen to grab something use full .I tried to be as quiet as I could be while getting it.but at the same time I didn't want to go to prison for killing someone. So I grabbed a pan if the rack and walked slowly to the stairs. As I reached the top I heard foot prints and started swinging. Then I a dong and someone yelling.and it was Jacob.
Jacob: ooooowww! What the hell Melissa!
Me:sorry I thought you were an intruder or murder or something.
Jacob: why would you think that? * saying with pain in his voice *.
Me: because you and the girls were sleep.
Jacob: OK I get that but why in the hell would you hit me with a frying pan.
Me: because if you were a murder or something I wouldn't want to go to jail for murder from using a knife or worst .... A gun.
Jacob: oh wow just help
I helped Jacob up and took him downstairs to the bar and gave him so pain killers and water.
Me: I am really really sorry Jacob.
Jacob: I'll be OK .
Me: but now your skull could be crack and it looks like u gotta horn on your head.
Jacob: you know its an easier way to fix that.* in a flirtatious voice*
Me: oh yeah what
Jacob: if you kiss it
I kissed his forehead and walked away.as I walked away Jacob grabbed my waist and sat me on his lap.
Me:nooo Jacob
Jacob: why not?
Me: because I'm not trying to pop out no more of your kids
Jacob: what's suspose to mean
Me: I'm not trying to get pregnant .

After me and Jacob's conversation I decided to call my momma. She was a little mad the last time.but anyway
Phone rings three times
Me: hello
Mama:who is this
Me: momma it's me Melissa
Mama: oh hey I thought you were your brother .you know y'all sound alike
Me:*SMH* hey ma I just called to talk and say hi.
Mama:oh OK...... Oh wait before you hang up .I have to tell you something
Me: what is it ma
Mama: well I trying to get the hole family together for a family reunion.
Me: oh OK sounds great
Mama: you can bring Jacob and the twins too
Me: OK but ma where are you having it at
Mama: I'm thinking about having at the park in holly grove the one with the swimming pool.
Me:yeah
Mama:or ..... I don't know.hehe
Me: uhhhh...
Mama:hehe sweetie were having it at holly groves and its in two weeks .and if you want you can bring a couple of friends.
Me: sounds like a plan
Mama: OK now
Me: bye ma love you
Hangs up phone
Jacob walks in the room
Me: babe my mom just invited us the family reunion in a 2 weeks at the holly groves park downtown.
Jacob : sounds nice
Me: and she said we can bring some friends if we want.
Jacob: OK
Jacob really didn't seem that excited but he did just hit in the head pretty bad with the frying pan.

Me and jacob are getting Maria and Mariah ready to go to the mall to get outfits for the family reunion tomorrow. Its like 12 in the afternoon. And Maria is not cooperating with me.
Me: Maria can you pleaseeee sit still for mommy
Maria: lala lalalala *playing with her dolls*
Me:Maria sit still!!! *snatches dolls from her hands*
Maria:waaaaahhhh Dada *screaming*
Jacob ran in the room Like it was a fire.
Jacob: happen why is she screaming !?
Me: because I took her dolls from on her.
Jacob: why
Me:cause she wouldn't sit still
Jacob:OK but Melissa she's only 3 she's going to do that.
Jacob took the toys out my hand and gave them back to Maria.
Me:you sound like you the Einstein on kids.
Jacob: I'm not. I'm just saying
Me: saying what
Jacob: you'll figure it out.
Me:*thinking* what does that even mean what ever .
Me and Jacob countined getting the girls ready.and once you knew it we were in car on the way to the mall.

Jacob's POV
I am not looking forward to tomorrow at all. I told some of my guy friends about it , and they seemed the same way I'm feeling about going to the reunion. Like I love her mom and all but her father is another story. I just don't want to mess this up.
Me: Mel your not worried about tomorrow?
Melissa: why would I be. Their my family.
Me: ohhh :-(
Melissa: Jacob what's wrong
Jacob: its just what if they don't like or accept me. I'm most likely about to be the only white person there.
Melissa: Jacob you're talking mad now. They will love you. And your not about to be the only white person here.
Me: I'm not
Melissa: no I have couple of white aunts ,uncles , and cousin.
Me: OK
Melissa: but even if you were why are you worried about it.
Me: I'm worried to mess up things .or not impress your precious daddy and I don't have no one to back me.*in a sarcastic tone*
Me: Jacob you know what your just ..... Ughhh.
I think I made her pretty mad. She didn't talk to me the rest of the car ride to the mall. Only people who talked was the twins. By time we knew it we were at the mall.
