No one can love the moon as much as Shiuli
Parijatam, the night bloom

You can take pictures of it above buildings
Between trees, with the Venus, among the galaxies
You can write poems and ballads about the chaudvein ka chaand
You can try with all your might to love the nocturnal
But you can never love more than Shiuli

No one can bloom with all their glory
Just to last one night
Just to look up at the shining moon
From millions of miles away
Never able to touch it
Never able to embrace
But would happily spend a lifetime
Basking in its light
The flowers of night that blossom with the waning rays of sun
And fall to the ground at dawn
Flowers that bloom even on moonless nights
With belief that the moon might not shine that day
But it's forever present
Flowers that redefine love and sacrifice
No one can love the moon more than them

**Shiuli is a flower of a tree also known as the "Tree of Sorrow".
