Prologue

"Hey (Y/n) wake up."

A knock on the door arose you from your deep slumber.  Your eyes slowly opened adjusting from the bright light from the slight opened curtain.

Mumbling a reply you lazily said. "Hmmm..... But I don't want to..."

"I'm going in." The voice said. You heard the knob turn and the door slightly opening.

'Agh! Who's this annoying me in the morning?!'  You thought.

Wait never mind... You know the voice all too well.

Silence filled the room.

Huh? Where did he go??

Slowly uncovering yourself from the blanket You were startled by a well built man who tackled you in for a big morning teddy bear hug.

"Ha!Got ya!!!" He said as his fingers dangerously creeped their way to your sides making you jump in a fit of laughter.

A toss and there was enough to give the man a struggle. And not to mention how you almost nailed him in the gut.

"S-Stop it!!" You managed to say although you were also out of breath from the abrupt chortle.

"I won't stop until you say I surrender." He replied while chuckling.

"I-i S-surrender..." You manage to say still laughing.

"Good." He said as he stopped tickling you.

Sitting up straight from the bed you took in a big breath before letting out another small giggle.

With a small hum of approval he spoke. "Come on get up missy."

He got up from the bed and stretches a little from both of your morning riot.

"I know I know..." You replied and smiled.

"Get ready or I'm gonna eat your breakfast..." He said helping you stand up. You huffed and pouted at him in which he smiled and gave a small chuckle.

"Come here." He said hugging you and kissing your left cheek. And you happily did the same thing.

"Hey come and sit here..." He obliged.

"Ugh with you again?" You replied in discomfort.

"What you don't want to sit with me?" A painful expression painted his handsome face.

"Does little sister don't want to sit with his big bro today?"

A man walked towards the table and sat directly in front of me. His hair was dark golden brown and a smirked formed his face.

"Oh come on Mike don't get me started..." He rolled his eyes at the fellow and huffed in annoyance.

"Rest up big boy. This fella someday will have a man and will take her away from you for good." Mike laughed at how fast the mans face grimace at him.

"Ugh Stop harassing Erwin will you." A female voice butted in and hit Mike's head with her tray. Groaning in pain Mike moves to the other side of the table and far away from the woman.

Her red hair shined blending in with her thick huge glasses- oops more like goggles.

"Hanji good morning..." You said and smiled.

"Good morning sweet heart! How's my baby bear doing?!"

She hurriedly put her tray down and gave your cheeks a squeeze.

"I'm gwood and you?"

Your cheeks puffed up from her strain she excitedly replied. "I'm good because you're here! Aww look at your cheeks all squished up! You are so adorable I just wanna eat you up-"

"Can you shut up for just one second..."

A deep voice startled the group and we looked at the figure behind Hanji.

"Levi good morning..." Erwin said and smiled at him.

"Good morning my ass..."

Erwin only chuckled and sipped his morning coffee.

Guess someone didn't have a good sleep.

With a groan he pushed Hanji out of the way and sat directly in front of you.

He set his cup down and looks straight at you. His eyes were the coloured of steel silver as they burned holes into  you.

With a gulped you gave him a nod to proceed to what he wanted to say.

"So you're going to work with the king for a few months?"

Nodding you replied. "It depends on the training I'll have to do. Hopefully it won't take a year at least."

With a slow nod he took his cup for another sip.

"Just be careful..."

He stood up ready to leave the room.

"Huh?" You questioned his sudden statement.

He looked at you in the eye hesitating to say  something. His mouth closed and with one last clicked of his heel he left the hall.

"What was that?" Erwin questioned.

"I don't know but I think his telling (Y/n) to be careful.." Mike replied.

"Wow thanks for stating the obvious genius." Hanji rolled her eyes.

"I think he means that you should take care of yourself. After all we won't be there and you'll have to go on you own." Hanji explained and smiled.

"I'll be fine.."

Giving the three of them a reassuring smile and hoped for the best for them while you are gone.
