Sophie opened her eyes "Keefe...?" Sophie groaned
"Did we have to kidnap the love-struck teenager??" Fintan complained
"Yes" Vespera snarled
Complaining turned into arguing and arguing turned into shouting. Sophie took advantage of the situation by wriggling her hands in her bonds. She located the stone set into her Panic Switch. She pressed the stone twice, hoping the Dex would be able to get here in. She wriggled her hands some more, trying to free her hands. Vespera noticed her.
"Stop her!" She shouted
Sophie screamed as Fintan lunged towards her, grabbing her wrists. She let out another agonized scream her a searing pain shot up her arm. "STOP!!" She pleaded, tears streaming down her cheeks. Her emotions began to swirl, unraveling the knot below her rib cage. She let them simmer and bubble.
So.
Much.
Rage.
She poured them out, knocking everyone out except Vespera. A gray haze rimmed her vision, and the last thing she remembered seeing was Fitz, Tam, and Dex tackling Vespera and Fitz and Keefe rounding up the unconscious Neverseen members before the world went black...
