How Long Am I Going To Play This Role?

Hyun was sitting in her chair, wondering where to begin. She looked at Soo-won, who was sitting in front of her, waiting for him to start.

"So..." Hyun said, hesitating for a moment. "Where do we begin?"

Soo-won didn't answer right away, as he seemed to think hard.

"Well... how about we start at the beginning?" He asked, trying to be funny.

Hyun stared at Soo-won for a few moments, then let out a small laugh.

"What a great start." She teased back.

"I was thinking we start by making a plan to lure him somewhere vulnerable, where we could then ambush him."

Soo-Won started acting seriously since it was a serious plan, making sure to leave no room for mistakes, especially if they're going to be luring someone to an ambush.

"We're doing this at midnight, so there's a chance he'll just head back to his chamber, but there's also one problem."

Soo-Won couldn't keep his eye off of Hyun and asked her.

"What's the problem?"

Hyun looked down for a moment, but then looks right back up at Soo won and says.

"What if Yona and Hak find out? The plan isn't about killing Princess Yona and Hak, right?" She looked at him, expecting a quick and reassuring answer.

Soo-Won was a bit surprised that Hyun asked about Yona and Hak. His face softened.

"N-No, don't worry. We are only going to kill King Il. No one else, Yona and Hak have nothing to do with this."

Hyun sighs softly, a bit of relief washing over her as she hears Soo-won's reassurance.

"... So, where's my role in this plan?"

Hyun had asked him, curious as to what part she's going to play.

"Your role in this plan is to keep King Il occupied and distracted while I sneak in and kill him."

Soo-won had told Hyun, with a hint of seriousness to his voice.

Hyun rests her head on her palm, thinking deeply about the plan. She makes a suggestion.

"If you're sneaking in, why don't you just stay in his chamber?"

The idea sounds like a good one and would help ensure Soo-won's success.

"You do have a point."

Soo-won agreed, his face lighting up as he considered the plan.

"I will stay hidden in his chambers while you distract him and lead him there."

He was beginning to think that this plan might actually work if they can play their cards right.

Soo Won smiles softly as he explains the plan more thoroughly.

"So, here's the plan. You'll lure him towards this private chamber while I sneak in behind him and surprise him. I will kill him, and after I'm done, I'll meet up with you to let you know that the deed is done."

Hyun seemed reassured by Soo-won's explanation and was now ready to ask a question.

"Where do you want us to meet up?"

She asked him, wanting to ensure they have a plan in place for after the deed has been done.

"Let's meet up at the outer walls of the castle. It will be relatively easier to find each other in the open space, and we wouldn't raise suspicion with our presence there."
