Once Upon a Time,
There was an archangel that came down to Earth, wanting to experience how mundanes thrived. Being completely enthralled with the beings that were created by the heavens, as he walked amongst the crowded streets.
But then, that's when he saw her. Luna, a beautiful mundane that walked amongst the earth. As the archangel approached her, the two instantly falling in love with each other. Their love was so special, as the couple embraced one another.
The heavens were soon aware of the situation, as they wanted to punish the archangel for his wrongdoing, leaving the couple on the run for a long time. Until, they committed a terrible sin. Creating a child, a nephilim.
A mundane that was mixed with an archangel, a being not meant to exist in the human world or anywhere. So heaven wanted to silence the child, to put it nicely.
However, Adam was the only one to have sympathy for the family. As he made a promise to take care of their daughter, taking her under his wing.
After the death of her parents, and heaven left to believe the child was also no longer apart of this world. At least the heavens had though..
•-•-•-•Another day in Heaven, which was always so beautiful to wake up too.
Lumina stared off of the balcony, watching the other angels stroll around the place. Spending their time shopping without a worry in the world. Everything here, was just perfect."Ah, fuck this bitch! Why is she late?" Lumina heard her brother cursing inside of their shared apartment. It must of been towards Lute though, she always showed up late whenever she was coming to meet up with Adam.
The pair were always together in fact, which at times Lumina assumed maybe their relationship was something more than just work related. Considering both of his wives left him.Lumina walked into the living room, making sure to close the door to the balcony. "Adam, why don't you ever just meet up at some other place, instead of here?" A brow raised, as Adam looked over at his sister. "Why the fuck would I do that?" Reaching over to grab his mask off from the counter, adjusting it onto his face.
"Where are you even going this time?" Lumina sat down at the counter where he stood beside; her long brown hair flowing behind her. Adam stared at her, leaning against the counter as he took a swig from his cup of water.
"To hell, it's just another meeting with that disgusting being." Adam said, as he heard the doorbell ring, setting the cup down as he adjusted his clothes.
"Wait, you're going down today?""Yes, why?" His tone was suspicious of why his sister wanted to know, seeing how she always was trying to learn about the meetings he has with Lucifer. Not only that, she always asked to join him. Not understanding her obsession with going to hell.
"Could I come?""No."
"Please?"
"End of story, NO."
"Adam! I don't ever ask to go anywhere with you, can you let me go down with you just this once?" Lumina was very curious about seeing what hell was like, not only that. But she heard some of the angels talk about a hotel that was aiming towards redeeming sinners. Which Lumina thought was an amazing idea.
Adam sighed, "Fine, but you're wearing a mask. And, you aren't allowed in the meeting room, deal?" He didn't seem the harm in her coming, maybe after she sees how shitty it is down there, she'll never speak of hell again. At least thats what he hopes.
Wait, was he really letting me come down to hell with him?!
"Yes! Deal!" Lumina jumped out of her chair as she headed towards the door to open it up for Lute, seeing how Adam didn't answer it right away. "Lute, I'm joining you!" Lumina expressed with excitement, as Lute stared over at Adam. "Sir, are you sure about brining your sister? Not only that...she's not even you-" Lute didn't expect these sort of news to drop right in her face, without Adam talking to her first about it. For some reason, Lute never cared about Lumina.
Lute always felt something was odd about the girl, but Adam claimed it wouldn't ever be an issue.
"Yes, I'm sure. She'll just be staying outside of the meeting room until we're done." Adam had to cut Lute off quickly from finishing her sentence. Of course, Lumina did noticed but just shook it off without bothering to question them. They always were saying some strange ass shit, that just never seemed worth the time to ask for an explanation.
••
"Now, just stay seated here, got it?" Adam ordered as she slowly nodded her head, watching her brother go into the meeting room with Lute trailing behind. Frowning as the door closed behind them, wondering what Lucifer looked like. But, there were always other times she could get to see him. Right now, gives her an opportunity to sneak around.
Standing up from the bench as she slowly walked towards the exit, quickly slipping out as if someone was watching her, but really no one was. The place they had held the meetings, didn't have the best security.
Lumina sighed in relief to how easy it was, but soon gasped at the sight before her. The sky was red, and smoke in the distance. Hearing screaming from not too far from her, as she slowly walked down the stairs. Taking in everything she was seeing, but stopped at the last step when she saw a child crying.
Her heart pumped quickly from anxiety, as a crying child was in need of help.Rushing over to find the child hiding inside a box, which the child appeared to resemble a white deer. "Oh sweetie, are you okay?" Lumina frowned, worried about the child. Also, why was there a child in hell?
"I-I want my mommy!" The little girl cried out louder, her eyes were puffy from crying for who knows how long. "Where is your mommy?" Lumina asked, as the girl sniffed. Slowly pointing towards the sky, "Heaven."
WHAT!?
"Why are you here sweetie?" Lumina was very confused, as the little girl wiped her nose with the torn up sleeve. "I killed papa because he hurt mommy badly, and tried to hurt me...but I didn't survive." Hiccups between each word spoken, as she buried her face into her knees. Lumina felt her heart sink, was this little girl really here because of trying to save her mother and herself? That wasn't fair at all!
Lumina slowly reached her hand out, pulling the child into a hug. "It will be okay, I'll find a way for you to see your mother again."
"How so.." she pulled back a little, making eye contact with Lumina. "There's a hotel I hear that is helping those get redeemed, if you go there. They can offer you more help, and I hear it's a great place!" Lumina smiled at the child, assuring that the Hazbin Hotel was an amazing place. The small child soon started to have hope, "Will they help me see mommy again?"
"They will do everything they can, I promise." Lumina hugged the child tightly, while letting her go. She stood up onto her feet, smiling at Lumina. "Thank you pretty lady! I hope to see you again!" She waved, rushing off to find her way to the hotel.
"I'm impressed and angel such as yourself, cares about a sinner." A warm soothing voice spoke from behind, as Lumina jolted up to her feet. Spinning on her heel as she was faced with a blonde male.
"Who are you?" She asked, as he was shocked that an Angel wasn't aware of who he was. "Wait, you seriously don't know who I am!" He laughed, as this was very amusing to him.
Lumina looked him up and down, he probably was just another sinner here. "No?" She rose a brow, as she watched the male smile."Oh golly, has heaven really forgotten my face?" He asked himself, while looking at Lumina. She seemed so...different.
Long brown hair, with doe eyes. He slowly stepped closer, taking her hand into his. Planting a small kiss on the top of her hand, as he locked eyes with him."Lucifer Morningstar, or the Big Boss of Hell." A warm smile radiated from him, heart was developing a strange feeling. Unsure of why this man was causing her heart to skip. However, there was no way this was Lucifer.
Everyone described him to be this terrible looking demon, but that wasn't the case here at all.
"Are you lying to me?" She asked him, as he looked in disbelief.
"Huh?"
