Zixuan went for the first strike and with speed closed the distance between them...
Though everyone was appalled since Jiang Guniang stood in her place with a carefree smile.
Just as he was near her she shocked everyone with her speed as she disappeared before the Jin heir could even touch her sleeve...
She appears behind him and sent a strong gust of wind towards his back but Zixuan was fortunate to be able to counter the attack just in time...
Though after that the lady started a close combat battle with him her movements swift and elegant as she dodge and attacked with precision...
Despite being at a disadvantage he was able to withstand and match up with her attacks...
He was enchanted and he grew more exited as the fight progressed...
The two were so lost in their own little world that they forgot that they were surrounded by onlookers...
Though the fluidity if Jiang Guniang's attacks were hard to predict and this it had him struggling to keep up with her...
He grew fatigued the longer he dodged and defended, but his pride made him unable to accept defeat so easily, even when it is clear that he already at a disadvantage against Jiang Yanli...
He tried to keep up as best as he could yet the fatigue had started to take effect and his movements became sluggish and slow...
His feet was sweeped off unexpectedly and as he slid down on his back harshly his sword flew away from his grip stabbing to the ground as the fan was pointed at his neck...
He was about to move thinking it was just an ordinary fan, yet he felt small sharp and painful needles pierce his skin as he tried to move...
He gulped realizing that he had underestimated the power held by fan cultivation and so he finally raised his hands in defeat...
Lady yanli smiled and held out her hand for him to take...
He looked at it for a moment before smiling and taking her help...
They bowed to each other as a sign of respect to the other...
"That was a good battle, thank you."
Lady yanli said with a smile that got the Jin's heart thumping loudly as he returned the gesture...
They all headed towards the fight of Jiang Cheng and Zewu-jun...
Blade against blade, brute force against control...
The jade and the lotus both collided not backing down to either sides...
