They both arrived at the dining table with a gloomy atmosphere. BU the only ones who noticed were isabella, don and gilda. They all started eating their meal. "ray?..why aren't you eating?" Norman looked at him just staring at his food. Ray flinched and looked at norman with a small smile, "no..it's nothing..i just zoned out for a bit" He then started eating along with the others. 

After dinner, don and gilda walked up to norman and ray, "hey..you guys alright?" Don asked not sure what happened. Norman replied instead of ray, "we're fine..just..shocked you know?..well..i guess sad too.." Norman looked at ray while saying the last line. 

Don and gilda looked at ray, this was the first time they've seen ray this sad before. "i-if there's anything we can do to help..please tell us..we don't want norman to get shi-" Gilda was shut off by ray scoffing and left. The three looked at him pitiful. "sorry about him gilda..he's just a bit..mad right now" Norman said. Gilda nodded her head with a sad expression. "still! and i thought we were doing good.." Don let out his anger. Norman smiled with a hint of sadness.

Norman said he was gonna go to ray and left. Norman found ray with emma in the infirmary. "Ray? why are you here?" Norman asked. "i don't know..there's nowhere else to go" Ray replied as he was sitting on a chair next to emma's bed. They all were there..in utter complete silence..

"..norman you can escape without us" Ray said surprising both emma and norman. "w-what?!" Emma yelled. "it's not time for everyone to escape so..escape by yourself..we have the rope..climb over the wall and do it" Ray explained. It was such a bizarre yet..not so effective plan. "Ray..i can't do that..who knows what's out there?..and me going all alone?.." Norman. 

"It's okay! just hide out somewhere..we'll make it happen and we'll catch up to you..and we'll escape.." Ray sounded desperate at this point. "i.."

Emma looked at him agreeing with ray. With a few persuasion's norman finally agreed to the plan. On the evening of norman's shipment date he would escape.

-time skip cause i'm lazyy []~(￣▽￣)~*-

It was evening..isabella was distracted with the kids. Don and gilda already knew about the plan. Ray and emma (with her crutches) were next to norman whispering. "we';; distract mama with don and gilda..just go norman" Ray said. Norman nodded his head. Ray looked at don and gilda. The four went to isabella to distract her. Norman watching this  snuck away and went to the tree that had the rope.

He tied it to the branch of the tree making sure it was tight. He then used the rope to climb up the wall.

"..." Norman finally reaching the top..sighed in disappointment..He looked down beyond the wall..was a massive pit to death..and you couldn't even jump over it. Norman looked over the horizon for a while before returning.

Ray and emma were so sure that norman had already escaped and they were still talking to isabella with a smile on their face. Within the distance a fully white figure could be seen walking towards them. Ray looked with horror in his face. "e-emma.." Ray called out and pointed at the direction. "huh?" Emma questioned and looked at the place. Her eyes widen at seeing norman coming towards them with a smile on his face. Gilda looked at him shocked with both her hands covering her mouth, don was even more surprised.

Isabella smirked and kept on playing with the kids.

-later in the infirmary-

"Norman, what the hell do you think you're doing coming all the way back?! we gave you the perfect plan to escape! so why didn't you-" Ray said his voice breaking. Norman looked at him and said, "it wasn't possible" in such a monotone tone. "What?" Emma asked. Norman (from god knows where) took out a sheet of paper and a pen and started drawing the wall and beyond that. "beyond the wall is an bottomless pit to death..there's no way to jump over it." Norman said. Ray and emma's eyes widen at the fact. "this is why we couldn't hear anything.." Emma whispered. "Sorry guys.." Norman said with a smile. Ray was almost starting to cry.

-later that same night-

Norman was in a black suit with a black hat and a suitcase..full of nothing. Isabella was standing behind him with a smile as all the children gathered around norman. "Noman here is getting adopted by a well family! let's bid our farewells to norman." Isabella said with a smile. While the kids were smiling and wishing norman. Three particular kids were not happy...don,gilda and emma. "where's ray?" Don whispered to emma. "He said..he didn't want to..see norman off.." Emma looked at the ground ready to cry. As everyone bid farewell. One of them started crying, "I don't..want norman to go!" As the others looked at her. Norman knelt down and petted her hair. "there there..don't cry now.." Norman stood back up and waved to everyone. Emma went to hug him leaving her crutches behind. "emma! you could've hurt yourself!" Norman said barely making sure that emma's leg didn't hit the ground. With a few people's help emma got up and said, "make sure..to talk to ray..on your way out." Norman nodded his head and left out with isabella. "mama..may i go talk to ray for awhile?" Norman asked. Isabella hummed and nodded her head. Norman had seen ray on the staircase. He went up and saw him in the library. This place reminded him so much fond memories of them. 

"ray..i'm off" Norman said approaching him. Ray's back was turned to him so he couldn't see ray's face. When norman made it so that ray was facing him, he could not believe what he was seeing. Ray was FULLY crying. "norman..you idiot" Ray said through sniffles. "it hasn't even been that long since we started dating and now you're already leaving..we didn't even get to spend much time together.." Ray cried out. Seeing ray so sad and vulnerable made norman's heart crush. "Ray.." He went to ray and cupped his cheeks and kissed him on the cheek. He then smiled at him. They both hugged for a while before a knock was heard. "norman..time's running out we gotta go" Isabella said. Norman let go of their hug and left. Ray was standing there completely crying .

-i'm like way to tired to make the scene with isabella and norman going to the gate so yeah this is after that-

"i'm gonna go back to the infirmary..can you call ray there for me?" Emma said hoping her way out. Don and gidla looked at each other and said 'okay'. They went upstairs first to find ray. They checked the library first and my oh my he was there..still crying. "r-ray!" Gilda walked up to him. ".." Ray looked up at them, wiping his tears. "emma's calling for you in the infirmary." Don said. Ray nodded his head and left without another word. "i really hope emma and ray will be alright.." Gilda said sad. Don looked at gilda and agreed.

-with emma and ray-

"Emma?" Ray said with a raspy voice. He came in with red eyes sign of clearly crying. "Ray..why did norman have to get shipped out?" Emma asked. Ray not knowing what to say, just kept quiet. "ray. for norman..we have to escape now" Emma said in a serious tone that surprised ray. He looked at her with a smile "yeah..for norman" Ray had such a pure smile. But it didn't matter..what he  was planning next was gonna ruin it all. Norman did leave a letter and a pen for emma to see.

what are they going to find? will they finally escape? who knows??

END FOR THIS. i'm gonna be skipping so many scenes cause i'm so lazy plus i don't know what they are..so yeah! plus THIS IS MY AU!! so things are gonna be A LOT different than the original!
