The next time she saw any of them was three days later at a café. This time Seb was there with Kimi. The quiet Fin ordered their drinks, paid, and then sat down next to the German. The men already told her that they would love to set up a contract, hiring her officially. Exited the girl took the stack of papers. Seb placed them on the table int the middle "So this is the contract we should go over some things." He opened the little folder "The first thing is a declaration of confidentially. You can't tell anyone things that happen in and about the house or any driver there. Everything we say can't be told to any third position. That includes the team bosses." Jane nodded "Of course." "You can't post about anything as well, this is private and really important to all of us." Jane nodded.

Seb turned to the next page "So here we have general legal aspects like with any job. Here is the salary you get, plus the money for the las two days you visited us." He flipped through the pages "Some information about the teams, the travelling, the team bosses." He got to a separate part "Yeah these are the rules for the house, personal information you will probably need of the drivers, stuff like that." He closed the folder "Well yeah, you need to read that all when you got some quiet time, but we wanted to discuss some other things with you." A bit unsure Jane smiled "Sure, I am listening." Seb nodded "Alright, so about your working schedule how would you prefer it? Just working when you are needed or you want set hours, like should we say okay you gonna be there from 8 to 8 with breaks and after that you aren't available or you could just live with the group taking break when you need and be ready for the action when we need it like the last time you visited." Jane thought about it "I'd preferred the second option I think." Seb nodded "Okay, in the contract are both option listed just check to boy with that option." Jane made a note for herself. Seb continued "Okay, so when would be a good time for you to move in?" The girl looked at her planed "Maybre Friday?" Kimi mumbled "Bwoah, that's good." Seb nodded "perfect, the most drivers will be visiting a golf tournament to the house is quiet and we have the most space and les interruption." That would give Jane four days for packing her things and get just her flat ready.

Seb spoke again "okay now something serious and I hope you don't take this the wrong way but we just have to be careful, we need you to sigh another declaration of confidentially." Jane quietly signed the paper, handing it back. She took a sip from her hot chocolate waiting for the other to talk. Seb let her drink before starting "So not sure if you noticed but...well... we want to know how you think about different sexuality's?" Surprised Jane frowned "What do you mean? Like if I am okay with it?" Seb nodded "Yeah, kind of." The girl nodded slowly "Well,..., okay I don't know how to say this, let me state right now that I don't have the intention of hurting anyone... so... I don't have anything against anyone or like against any sexuality. I mean I accept everyone the way they are as longs as they are a decent human being. I don't care if someone is gay, bi, trans or whatever. If you treat everyone with respect you could identify as a milk bottle and I wouldn't care." She breathed for a moment "I support anyone the same way, at least I try to. I mean I can't really tell you much about how e.g. sex with a guy as a guy works but if you have a question about it I will research it or watch porn or something but I will try to help as much as I can. And I also want to say that I don't need anyone coming out to me. If they are in a relationship I will probably notice or not, I just think it would be nice to know if anyone is in a relationship because this just gives me things I need to keep in mind. Like it just adds a person I can or should call in an emergency, so yeah..." She watched Seb. The man smiled, locked at Kimi, smiled again and nodded "That's perfect, really good. I am happy." Jane smiled "me too." Kimi was just Kimi. They kept talking about the house and people there until all the cups were empty and it was time to go.

Jane read through the contract the same day, signed it and dropped it off at the house again. The next day a courier dropped of flowers and her copy of the signed contract with congrats and welcome greeting from the drivers.
