Seb "I need to start getting paid for this..."

And that's what they did... well not exactly, but it started the idea. The oldest of the group decided they needed help managing the chaos between the 30 + people sometimes. That's how I got here.

Hi my name is Jane and my life... is kinda crazy =)

I don't really know how they found me but a random day I got an E-Mail with an job request. I called the listed number and was greeted with "Sebastian Vettel?" "Hey I am Jane Houston, the social educator, I received a job offer from you?" The man on the other side answered "Yeah right, thanks for calling. So we are looking for a helping hand in the house. We are currently 26 people in the house and I think you can imagen the chaos." The girl chuckled "Oh yeah, that sounds like a lot. With what would you need help exactly? I can't really understand my role yet?" Seb "Well we need help settling arguments and just organizing like getting everywhere on time, planning little events like a movie night or something. Its hard to explain. Would you be open to maybe meet up with me and another Driver? We can explain it better."

Jane thought about it. In her eyes the offer sounded interesting, and she could always say no when she still wasn't sure after the meeting "Sure, I'd like that. What is best time for you?" They arranged a date and place in a few days before ending the call.

The Day of the Meeting

Jane was dressed casually in black jeans, a simple black long sleeve and beige jacket. Nervously the girl walked into the Italian restaurant. Sebastian had sent her the Detail as well as the reservation name. As she stepped up to the reception she gave them the name and was promptly lead into the back.

There, in a corner, sat two men at the table. As they saw her approaching both got up smiling warmly. Jane introduced herself shaking their hands "Its so nice to meet you, I am Jane. You must be Mister Vettel." The blonde man nodded "Yes, thank you for coming. This is Lewis Hamilton but please call us Seb and Lewis." The group sat down. After some small talk they ordered.

After the waiter left Seb got serious "So... the job." Jane nodded "Of course. So I would love to hear more about my role." Lewis chuckled "Well can I be honest?" The girl looked at him "Sure, I mean it can't be that bad." He laughed softly "Well the best way to describe the role would be mother like." Jane raised her eyebrows. After a second, she huffed "How come?" Sebastian "Well we, like I said, need help settling arguments, but I think what Lewis means is that some of them act like little kids sometimes. They need comfort when they are scared or sad. They need to be reminded to go to bed, and eat and be gentle sometimes. We need somebody managing the house like having an eye on the fridge, making sure everybody gets to appointments in time. And help with personal problems, with family problems, bad races. These things."

A bit overwhelmed Jane nodded slowly. Her head tried to make sense of it, luckily the Waiter came with their foods, so she had a little break to think. Both man wished her a good appetite before digging in their Pasta and Pizza. After the first bites were swallowed Jane asked "So to sum it up, you need a Nanny for 26 men between nearly 50 and 20 years old. Preferred living with you. Needed are communication skills, social skills and managing skills. I would be traveling with you so I can support them all the time?" The other two looked at each other before nodding "Yeah. Pretty much." Sebatian noticed her scrunched face "But we will start slowly. You could come over one time and meet the others so we can see if it would be a good fit. And id everything goes smoothly you could come a second time and stay a little longer so you can get to know them before moving in the traveling."

Lewis tuned in "Yeah, they are all really sweet but childish and we cant just do it on our own." Jane smiled "I understand it actually sounds really stressful for only two people." Sebatian answeread "Oh no, we are like four grid parents. At least in the house but its still a lot." Confused the girl looked at him "Grid parents?" The German flushed red "O...Oh yea. So since the younger ones act so childish it established itself that they kind are the kids and the responsible once act like the parents." The girl laughed "That's sweet. A big family." Lewis nodded "Exactly family." She smiled "So I would do more like a social family support. Okay that I can do."
