Right before us was a giant house. It was completely made out of wood, iron gate, pumpkins all around it, at least four stories with an attic, and windows on the house everywhere.

Mother had a key appear and unlocked the door. When she opened the door, there was a green liquid type jelly thing blocking the entrance.

"Just hang your broom on the wall." Mother said and walked through the green thing.

I looked weirdly at Hannah and she did at me. She then walked through it with ease. I followed her as well.

The inside was amazing! Much bigger than it looked on the outside. Chandeliers hang from the roof that held floating lit candles. I found where the brooms hanged and hung mine up.

To the left was a staircase which was black as well. Everything inside was a grey-ish black. The only color came from paintings that hanged on the wall and photos of people as well. I couldn't find anyone so I followed the sound of moving pots. When I got to the source, I was in a giant kitchen with marble counter tops, huge refrigerator, a big door that was a pantry, and on the oven where pots moving bu themselves cooking. What they were cooking smelled amazing. In the oven, cookies were being made. I heard talking and I followed it to where it looked like a family room. In there was my grandmother, my two cousins, mother, and Hannah. They were talking like normal.

"Ah, there you are. We have much to talk about." my grandmother said.

I sat down next to Hannah and looked at my grandmother. "So. How do you girls like being witches?" She said.

Before Hanna could say anything, I replied, "I feel like I am in a world of lies. First I find out Imma witch, then I am part of a prophecy and this council wants to kill me, then I find out that they are vampires, there is a whole new world called the Night Side. Oh and I forgot that my ex boyfriend was a vampire working for them, was going to kidnap me, and I also kill him with anger by accident for harming Hannah. How do you think I feel?"

Grandma sighed and she began, "I am so sorry. There is something else I must tell you. Not only does the council want to kill you before you kill them because of the prophecy, they are going to do everything they can to get you to come to them. Thats even harming your family. And they know now that Hannahley is very important to you, they will go after her."

"Oh now they will go after my family? Great!"

"Dont worry. There is a very powerfull protection spell on the house and yard. Only ones with good intentions may past through. And as well there is sea salt ranned along every entrance for protection. Ok now I am done talking about this subject. What would you like to know about the Night Side? I have lived here all my life, five-thousand years."

Hannah spit her tea out that she just took a sip up, "Five thousand? How could you be that old?" She asked.

"Didn't your mother tell you? As long as you have your witchy cat you both can live forever as long as the other is alive. That is why you are going into town tomorrow and getting yours. You can meet mine, she might sleep with you tonight. Since this house is so big she can be anywhere but she always sleeps with someone. Her name is Cali." Grandmother replied.

I hated that we dropped the past subject but I moved on, "Wow. Where is yours mother? I never see a cat around the house."

She sighed, "I have not yet recieved mine. A witch without a cat may only live about, hundred years, give or take a few. Only one cat gets one witch. Only one, as well the cat chooses the witch. So only one pair are meant to be. A cat lives as long as the witch. If the witch dies the cat dies. If the cat dies, the witch has about five more years left to live."

"Ok what else would you like to know?" Grandma asked.

"Is it always night time here?" I asked.

Grandma knodded.

"What different creatures exsist here and will be able to get our own key like mom and come here whenever?" Asked Hannah all jumpy like.

What has happened to Hannah? She used to be all gothic like.

"There is so many. There is skeleton people, ghosts, pumpkin heads, goblins, ghouls, witches and warlocks, vampires, werewolves, gremlins, ogres, fairies, trolls, too many to list. I will give you girls a book on it. And on your last question, yes. You should have one already in your bag or whatever you got. And as well I'm sure your mom took you the long way here. You can actually just conjure up a portal with the key. Anyways enough talking. It is about time you two get to bed." She said then pointed at Drew and Narisa.

"Oh come on grandma. Aqua and Hannah are here. Can we please stay up longer?" Drew pleaded.

"No, not tonight. Now, go to bed. Good night."

"Can we at least go to town with them tomorrow?" Asked Narisa.

"I will think about it. Now good night."

"Good night guys." The two said then headed upstairs.

"How can they stand not seeing the daylight?" I asked.

"Oh well we go to the other world every other day when it is daylight." She replied.

"Oh. Well I am tired so going to sleep. Where will I be sleeping?"

"Third floor, to the left, fifth door on the right. Hannah, your room is same and right across from Aqua's."

"Ok. Nights." I headed up to my room without thinking. I feel asleep as soon as my head hit that pillow.
