Random thoughts in my head about him:

-Protag seems like he would be in his early 20s while Coworker seem 3? year older than him

-Protag has religious trauma since when he looked at the crucifix he instantly goes quiet

-When reading, he sometimes doesn't wear his glasses unless it looks blurry to him (Reasoning why I think this is becasuse I see people who wear glasses not using them for some reason, also that one art of him reading news paper)

-He still kept the lighter he took from Coworker inside his drawer

- insucure of himself

-Scared of Normal Guy when he starts staring for to long

-Hates almost everyone in the office he's working at

-Lives in an apartment

-Is in denial that's he's bisexual

-Always wears a tank top(what do you call it?) when he's to lazy to change clothes and just came back
