Dazai's Secret ( Chapter 4)

Dazai's pov :

After i knocked i heard a „ come in “ from the other side of the door. When i opened the door I looked around the room. It was not difficult to see that nothing changed in the office. The couch where i was always sitting is still there. When i looked at Mori he was smirking at me. Smug bastard

„ Mori~san you wanted to see me? Although it would have been better if you didn't let chibi know.“ „Ah Dazai i wanted to get your report of the current mission and how things are going? I would also like to discuss something with you after the report.“

That was strange what did he want to discuss everything is going well in the mission. „ The mission is going easy and good, they don't suspect anything even the smart detective. In a week or two i will have everything that you wanted, so it's not going to take too long.“
“ That's good work Dazai but i didn't expect anything less from my Demon prodigy. I wanted to discuss when you're going to reveal yourself and that you're working for the Port Mafia. I want to have the documents in one week so we can reveal you as fast as possible. You understand that?“ I bowed down with my head and answered „ Yes Mori~san“.

„ Your dismissed Dazai “  After i got dismissed, i pulled my hood back on so no one sees my face. This time the guard didn't make himself know so i did not have any problems. I was making my way back to the car and there was Chuuya  waiting and leaning on the nearest wall. Should I tell him the truth or not. He is definitely not leaving me alone until he gets an answer.  Well we will see.

I ignored chibi as I went in the car. He was getting in the car on the other side. As i started to drive back to my apartment, Chuuya started to question me. „ Osamu why did the Boss want you in your office and don't lie to me again?“
„ I am not allowed to tell it to anyone, chibi. Give me like a week and i can tell it all to you.” He probably doesn't want to wait but i can't do anything about it. „ Fine but you better have a damn good explanation Mackerel ! ”

After a while we were finally back at my apartment and I changed out of the bloody clothes. I threw them in the washing machine and changed them in my everyday clothes. „Chuuya you're ready to go? We need to get back to the agency.”  „ Yes I'm coming, you slug ”

We made our way back to the agency, it didn't take that long to get back. As we opened the door Kunikida looked angry at us.

Then Kunikida started screaming at me „ Dazai where were you both, it doesn't take that long from your apartment to the agency. So mind explaining why you took more than two hours for getting something from your apartment?

Good why does he always have to scream so loud i thought as I held my ears shut. „ I wanted to try this beautiful suicide method in my apartment, but Chibi~chan here tried to stop me from completing it.” i said in my super cheerful voice.
Then chuuya started to talk „ and i apologize because Dazai needed to drive me to the PM building because i needed to give the Boss a report on a mission i did last week, he doesn't appreciate it if a report takes too long.”

„ I suppose that is important so i guess that is okay, but still Dazai it is dangerous to drive to the PM so i hope you were just sitting in the car.”
„ Of course Kunikida what do you think i would do? Whatever come chibi we need to get back to my desk.”

Chuuya pov :

He was acting so strange around the agency and he can be thankful that i lied for him i need to watch how the coming week is going to go so i can find out what is up.

The coming week was normal just that i noticed how much time osamu not at his desk was and was talking on the phone to someone, he was getting more distant from his coworkers and was showing up later and later. Today i was sitting alone on his chair at his desk where he should sit right now and do his work. That's when I got a call.

Hello?
Ah yes Chuuya I need you to come to my office there is something that you should be the first to know about, when they ask just say it is really important and has to do with how long you're going to be still in the agency.
Okay i am coming right away Boss

As i was getting up and walking out of the door i got stopped by Kunikida. „ Can i ask where you are going?” „ I need to go to the Boss because he requested to see me in his office and it has something to do with the arrangement of the agency and the PM, so do you mind letting me go?” i asked a bit annoyed, why does he always need to know everything, it is getting on my nerves. He walked away and i could finally make my way to the PM building. The car ride didn't take that long and after 20 minutes I finally stepped foot in the PM building.

I was walking to the office and the guards on the hallway were blowing to me. When i was in front of the door i knocked. I was wondering what this is about since he didn't tell me on the phone, then i heard it the „ come in” from the Boss.
