We hear three knocks in my door.

"Hide." I hear Amane whisper, he grabs my wrist and pulls me into a wardrobe. Covering my mouth with his hand.

"Hello? It's uh...Kou Minamato, I work for the kingdoms guards...we're just wondering if you've seen prince Amane anywhere..." the voice says...

I look up at amane who's looking at me with guilt on his face..

"I don't think anyone's home..." he says...

"Hey! Open up the door!" Another voice is heard

"Mitsuba clearly no one's home..."

"Open up!"

"Mitsuba let's just go back now"

"No! I know someone is home! Who would leave their lights on?!"

Me and Amane froze, the lights...how stupid could we be?! The lights in the kitchen were still on!

"Amane..." I say looking at him

"Yashiro go out I'll stay in here..."

I nod at his words as I leave the wardrobe...and go to open the door.

"H-hi?" Infront of me theres a pink haired boy and next to him a slightly taller blonde boy with a weird earring.

"See!" The pink haired boy said.

"Seems as I've underestimated you Mitsuba..."

Mitsuba is his name...which means the blonde boys name is Kou..

"Why were you hiding in the wardrobe?" Mitsuba suddenly asks...

"I..was uhm...cleaning it?"

"Liar!" He shouts as he points at me.

"N-no! I-I'm being serious!"

Mitsuba starts interrogating me about the wardrobe situation.

"I-I'm sorry what are you guys here f-for?"

"The prince!"

"The runaway one..?"

"Yes!" They say in unison.

"I-I'm sorry I haven't seen anyone....I-I mean I don't even know how he looks like.." I explain.

"Well...he had choppy short hair, a bit brown but also black...and Amber eyes! That's all we know about him.." Kou responds to my question

Mitsuba glares at me as Kou tries to calm him down..

"We'll get going then...thank you for the information...Miss?"

"Yashiro Nene... that's my name"

"You have a really pretty name Miss Yashiro.."

"No need to call me Miss Yashiro! Just call me Nene.."

I notice Mitsuba holding onto Kou possessively as our conversation had continued

It didn't take long until Mitsuba whispered into Kou's ear, clearly wanting to leave...

"Bye Miss Yashiro!"

"Bye Kou, Bye Mitsuba!"

I wave a goodbye to them.

I shut the door behind me, a sigh of relief escapes my mouth.

I couldn't help but take a Quick Look at the from the window, they look like a cute couple, but fight like a married one...
