That night she dreamt as if she were awake,
And if the moon would rise then it took her away.
She dreamt of a place where the sun never sunk,
And if you reveled in the stars you would never go to hell.
Yet life was never dull,
But if you lived to your fullest you would be known well.
Though her heart never beat,
And her past never lit.
Her eyes were still the brightest they could ever be.
Life was never short,
Just so you know.
Only because no one could ever break her coping soul.
But just as you could hear the skip of a beat,
She woke,
Because such a place did not exist.
