I stopped walking and I almost stop breathing too.
"I really heard it this time!"
They all turned around and looked at me.
"Pwede ba Em? My heartbeat is all I can hear right now!"
Bakit ba ayaw nilang maniwala sa akin? Meron talagang something, something bad. Nagpapadagdag pa sa kaba ko ang patay sinding mga ilaw, mga gamit na nagkalat. It smells awful in here. Siguro mga 10 minutes na rin kaming naglalakad sa kung saan mang lupalop to. Well I hope wala kami sa core ng mundo.
"Wait, ito yung office ni dad." LH turned the knob but it didn't open.
"Nakalock." Jin said, it's more of a statement than a question.
"Baka wala siya diyan Leo?" Tanong ni Cindy.
"No! I'm sure nandito siya." Walang kiming sabi ni LH.
"Will you all stop? Let's just open this thing."
Kinalabit ko si kuya na pinapaikot ikot ang knob at tinuro ang biometric chuva na nakadikit sa gilid. He did a face palm. Pinaatras niya kami para siguro itulak ang pinto.

At nung babangga na si kuya for the third time, biglang bumukas ang pinto at nagderederetso siya dun sa loob. Pumasok kami sa loob ng madilim na kwarto at inihanda ang sarili namin.
Sumara ang pinto.

Something moved at the far corner at..
"Aaaargh. Aray aray aray!"
I opened the lights and we saw Mr. Franco touching his forehead. Nahataw siya ni Cindy ng bat buti at hindi malakas.
"Nako Mr. Franco. I'm so sorry akala ko kasi..." Pagpapaliwanag ni Cindy kay Mr. Franco.
"No it's okay. Teka, ano bang ginagawa niyo dito? It's too dangerous here!"
"Why is that.. DAD?"
Father and son look at each other.
"I can't.. I.."
"What?! Hindi niyo masabi dahil may alam kayo sa mga nangyayari ha?!" Leo shouted.
"I just.. I don't want you to be in trouble son."
"WE ALREADY ARE!"

What the hell is that? We all looked up to the ceiling from where bits and dusts are now falling.
"Y-you.. you all have to get out of here! Habang may panahon pa!!" Sabi ni Mr. Franco na nanginginig pa.
"No! Tell us what the hell is going on!!" Sigaw ni LH sa tatay niya.
Hinila ko siya para hindi niya sugurin si Mr. Franco.
"M-mapapahamak lang kayo! Umalis na kayo." Tumalikod siya sa amin.
"Mr. Franco, please. We really need your help. Leo.. is bitten, he needs a cure."
Humarap siya sa amin at nanlaki ang mata niya ng makita ang sugat sa kamay ni LH. Dali dali siyang pumunta sa isang ref like drawer at kinuha ang blue at violet colored shot.
"I've taken the violet shot."
Tinignan siya ng papa niya na parang ang sabi weh? De joke lang.
"This will cure you." Inihanda na ng papa ni LH ang blue shot at itinurok sa kanya.
"That means he won't turn into a zombie anymore?" Tanong ni Briana.
"Yes. This is the final antidote. The red shot is the unstable, it has a virus in it. A virus which are made to reconstruct all the dead cells in the body. With this kind of innovation anti aging products will be wiped out of the market."
"What is the catch?" I asked.
"To make more money, we invented the violet shot. After finding out that the virus overdo the reconstruction process which it attacks the living cells also. That's where the violet shot will be used. It needs to be taken everyday to stabilize the virus."
"And the blue shot?" Asked Jin.
"I just made it."
"What?!" We now all asked.
"The blue shot is to delete all the traces of virus."

We all looked at each other. We knew it's close. It's not above our heads anymore.
"Y-you have to go. Please, take this and you go directly to this place." Binigay niya kay LH ang isa pang blue shot at isang envelope.
RAAAAAAAAAAAAAWR
"Told you all, I heard something." Ayaw kasi nilang maniwala sa akin.
"Sige na! Umalis na kayo! Dito kayo dumaan sa secret passage." Niyakap niya si LH at itinulak na kaming anim ni Mr. Franco papasok sa parang tunnel sa pader. Double sided mirror ang cover ng lagusan na yun kaya nakikita pa rin namin si Mr. Franco.
"I can't leave him." LH said.
"Pero ito ang gusto ni--"
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOGSSSSSH
Nabarag ang pader at lumabas doon ang isang nilalang. Nilalang na hindi mo gugustuhing makita. Laking gulat namin ng sakalin nito si Mr. Franco. Itinutulak ni LH ang cover ng lagusan pero hindi niya mabuksan, nilock ito ni Mr. Franco. He knew that thing is coming for him and he didn't want us to die with him.
Lumitaw sa gilid ng halimaw ang isa pang scientist, pero hindi ko maaninag ang mukha niya dahil natatkpan ito ng dilim sa labas. Malinaw naming narinig ang mga sinabi niya.
"Where is the cure Javis?"
"T-there is.. no.. cure.. ugk!"
Kitang kita namin ang lalong paghigpit ng halimaw sa hawak niya.
"I don't believe you Franco. Maybe someone knows where it is perhaps? Maybe... you're son knows?"
Pakiramdam ko nawala ang lahat ng dugo ko.
"L-leave him.. alone! H-he doesn't.. know.. anything Devilino! Uuuuggk!"
Tumalikod si Devil.. este Devilino at malinaw sa aming mga tenga ang mga huling kataga na sinabi niya.
"Finish him, Mutant."
Nakita namin ang lahat.. ang lahat lahat. Ang paghawak ng Mutant sa ulo ni Mr. Franco at pgdurog nito sa hawak niya. Tumalsik ang dugo sa buong kwarto at nabahiran rin ang salamin na pinto. Parang bumagal ang oras, ang alam ko na lang gusto ko ng umalis doon, gusto ko ng makalimutan ang bangungot na ito.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!"
Leo's cry echoed in the long tunnel, sending shivers on all parts of my body.
