ik this is a really short chapter but it's just to get things started

Annabeth's POV:
I knocked on his cabin door. After a bit, I heard the lock unclick and Percy opened it. He looked amazing, even though he looked like he just woke up. His raven black hair was extra messy and his tight shirt revealed his toned body from all the fighting in the wars. I was so happy to see him, and in two days, it was going to be our 3rd anniversary!
"Hey Wise Girl," Percy said. "What're you doing here? Shouldn't you be asleep? Don't tell me you've been having dreams about..." he paused.
"No," I replied. "It's just that Malcom and some of my other siblings are up and I'm really tired but I can't fall asleep because of the noise."
Percy grinned, probably because he liked us sleeping together (AN: rereading this and realize that could be taken the wrong way... yeah :\ ). He wrapped his arm around my back and led me to his bed. It was big compared to the other cabins' beds, because Percy was the only Poseidon kid. I got into his bed, and he turned the lights off and joined me.
"Happy early anniversary Seaweed Brain. I love you," I whispered.
"I love you too," he muttered.
We turned to face each other, and he ran my fingers through my hair. Then he pulled me close, and gave me a quick kiss goodnight.
Within a few minutes, we were both asleep.
