cute fluff!... and stupid annoying gods.

sadly, I do not own any of these characters, and unless stated otherwise, they belong to uncle rick

Percy's POV:

I was in Olympus. All the gods were there, and I was alone, being stared at. The Fates were there too, standing next to Zeus, and their glares gave me chills.  One of the Fates said something in Zeus' ear, which I couldn't hear but I knew they were talking in Ancient Greek. Zeus gave the Kindly One a sharp nod, then looked back at me. What's going on? I thought. Am I in trouble?  Suddenly, all I could feel was my body burning off. It hurt like hell. My whole body was numb, as if I had no blood in my body. A dark wave of tiredness washed over me, and soon I was unconscious.

"Percy! Are you okay?" Annabeth said, trying to wake me up. I practically jumped out of bed, not knowing what I just saw in my dreams. I was sweating as I told Annabeth what happened. She hugged me, "It's going to be okay Percy." We stayed like that for a while, just enjoying the comfort of each other. She then pushed me down and laid on top of me.

Even though she was right next to me, all I could think about was the dream. Trying to distract myself, I kissed her, and she kissed me back. We pulled back, out of breath.

"You look beautiful," I told her. She blushed, and I smirked. I looked into her intense gray eyes. Those were something else - I could look at them forever. She was super cute, her curls tied into a messy bun that got even messier after she woke up, her navy blue pajamas, her soft lips, and... those EYES.

Annabeth's POV:

"You look beautiful," he told me. My heart exploded when he told me that, and when I blushed, I knew he could tell because of his smirk and the twinkle in his gorgeous eyes. He was handsome, too. His ruffled hair, his cutely scratchy morning voice, his bright sea green eyes that I loved, and his attractive body were all things I loved about him on the outside. "You don't look too bad either Seaweed Brain," I said, replying to his compliment. Now it was his turn to blush.

I couldn't help but think about Percy's dream though, and what it meant. What if something was going to happen to him? I couldn't stand to think that, we had been through so much together and the idea of losing him after so much made me go insane. If he died, I didn't think that I  could survive without him. If he was going to Elysium, he wouldn't be waiting too long for me.

"Percy, about that dream, have you been getting any other-" I started. I got interrupted by someone clearing their throat. Percy and I turned back.

It was Hermes, in mortal form. He was wearing a plain white t-shirt and a hoodie, his hair short, and a shaved beard. He said, "Zeus sent me to take you guys to Olympus." His face was neutral, meaning it probably wasn't about something we would like.

Percy and I looked at each other worried. Something big was definitely happening to us. Being called to Olympus on a random day isn't on the daily. I was starting to get angry, because after all the hard quests took, all the scary monsters we killed, and all the hard battles we faced, the greedy gods just couldn't leave us alone. After Percy and Jason literally lost their memories for months and had no clue what they were doing, and after Percy and I went through literal hell, the gods still kept calling us. Now that I'm almost as old as Luke when he joined Kronos, it's really not that hard at all to see why Luke hated the gods. The one time they actually rewarded them, it was by offering Percy to become a god (AN: I smell this coming up soon :]) which he declined because of ME. So basically, the gods haven't really gave any good rewards for us. Now they want us to go to Olympus and hurt Percy?? Oh hell no. At this point I'm fuming and don't realize until later. I storm towards Percy, who has a concerned expression on his face, and grab his arm. I glare at Hermes, who looks down. I drag Percy out of the room to talk to him.

"Percy, they can't just keep on bothering us."

"I know, Annabeth, they treat us like shit, but I don't think we can do anything about it."

"But - I don't want anything to happen to you Percy. You didn't even do anything wrong."

"Yeah, I don't want anything to happen to us either but what can we do about it? I'd much rather have them do something to me than both of us."

"Percy, you don't understand. I can't live without you!"

"Beth, you have to promise me you won't kill yourself or purposefully harm yourself if something happens to me."

"I'm sorry Percy, I can't do that. You better wait for me at Elysium though."

He smiled weakly at that last part. "Okay Hermes is still waiting let's just get this over with. We don't even know what's going to happen."

I pulled him closer and kissed him, fiercely. He kissed me back, I didn't want to move. I didn't want to go to Olympus. I just wanted a peaceful life with my amazing boyfriend.  But I reluctantly pulled back to say something.

          "Percy, guess what tomorrow is."

He smiled, "Happy early 3rd anniversary Annabeth. I swear on the Styx I'll get to tell you that but without the early."

We kissed again, and laced our hands as we walked back to Hermes, who was sitting down with no expression on his face, but looked up as soon as we came in.

          "We're ready," Percy told him.
