I put you on, and the world disappears.
I keep your volume high, to drown out my fears.
When I don't want to listen,
You're placed on my head.
Then the music begins,
And I listen to that instead.
When they start yelling,
And I can't take it anymore,
On go the headphones,
And then closed is my door.
I'll then sit there in silence,
Listening to the words.
(I might end up writing more to this, but who knows 🤷♀️)

I hate when people interrupt,
And act like I'm not there.
I hate when people act "supreme",
And hate on what I wear.
I hate when people just stand around,
And talk about me rudely.
And once I come into their sights,
They'll just glare continuously.
I hate when people act,
Like my business is theirs.
Like no, this conversation isn't yours,
And I hate your stupid stares.
