"Where were you, young lady?!"
Sekido demanded but using strict and soft tone with her as she was hiding her hands behind her back. He and the others return to quickly capture the victims and done their successful hunt and hide their tracks from the house, as they return cautious from being spotted.
Noticed their little eagle demon child had gone off missing from her bush.
That worries the father and her uncles, but Sekido was disappointed in her. Until she arrived on time, except from Sekido’s current demands on where she had gone off at.
The little eagle demon felt scared of how her uncle Sekido was glancing at her like rotten dog, “uh… I thought I saw something.” She said but clearly while trying to not be more scared than she already is, “I wanna to see what it is. I'm sorry that I worry you or rage you.” She said while felt her eyes about to watery.
“Sekido, she doesn't know any better.” Urogi said but got in front of his child, shielding her from her mad uncle. No one made his little girl about to cry.
“Sekido, please, she was only curious. No child can't help what made them interested.” Aizetsu said also but trying to get him to stop glaring at his innocent niece.
Yeah, man. This was your idea to bring her along without thoughts on how this is her first time being out here.” Karaku also said which shocked all three of them, not to mention he was showing more seriousness on his face then his relaxed expression that he is.
“What else could she know what's out there other than mortals, not to mention there's more animals out here besides having her pet cow.” He said.
Sekido growls under his breath by how the others were right for once. He faced away from them, “fine…Urogi?”
The hawk demon stood straight.
“Have a talk with her once we return home.” He said then walked ahead away from the rest. To at least cool off on exposing his anger on the curious niece he loved, but what else he could do. Anger was his only emotion, and not to mention he was sick and worried about her.
Easily anyone could have harmed her or worse, he didn't want to think about anything else but seeing her safe.
He might consider watching his anger on whom he is talking to, plus he didn't want to see her fear of him like he would hit her.
Never would he do such a thing, just only her father and uncles.

Time Skip

That night, the snow was still falling from the sky while in the house had the lights lit.
Little (Y/N) was in the barn with Miss Belle getting warmer with a couple more blankets that the kind demon found for her. After herself, her father and uncles return home Sekido had headed to his room without any words since he almost blew his rage at the child demon, but her dad hasn't talked with her yet except saying to stay away from Sekido until he calms down.
The sad little demon felt horrible about worrying everyone about her take off, except mentioning how she rescued a human boy from the crack icy river.
It was good to be able to save life, but also scared if either her family might find out about that or he would be informed of the existence of demons roaming around their homes. She hopes on not moving again, because she actually liked the experience of seeing real life humans and being able to feel something like happiness to possibly befriend with not to mention she didn't crave anything blood lust like her dad and uncles. That was a bonus.
While she was reading a strange book called ‘Fairy tales: Red Riding Hood’.
Her (e/c) hues reads every word with curiosity on how the story tells its scenery and details of the little girl who was heading to her grandmother's cottage. The book was what she loved, despite how young she is, nothing seems impossible. Heard something behind her as she faced her dad.
He weakly smiled, “hi little eagle.” He said as he approached his daughter. She replied back before closing her book.
He knelt down, “what were you reading?” He asked curiously.
“Little Red Riding Hood.” She said but held her book closer to her, it's not like she is afraid of her father but loved her book already as a lifeline.
Urogi chuckled at how protective his daughter is with the book, “Hey, no worries. I couldn't even read if I wanted to.” He jokes lightly which made her laugh on how he was able to bring her laughter. Like he always does.
Urogi starts to remember why he came here, but really doesn't want to scare her about everything in the Demon Slayer Corps, on how they are powerful against lower demons, like herself since she was barely getting stronger. On the other hand, she hasn't been able to unlock her hidden demon arts, which worries her safety more than anything if she is ever ready to go on her own.
“So…we got to talk.” Urogi finally said but softly as best he can. Just not how Sekido was handling the situation before finding her missing.
“Remember when I told you about the world doesn't accept us, demons?” Urogi asks which little (Y/N) nodded, clearly she doesn't understand that statement on why?
“Well…” he rubbed the back of his neck, disliking having to tell her about it even if it was best for her to be careful, “The Demon Slayer Corps are the reasons for not accepting us on what we eat.” he began to explain on the conversation he kinda failed at explaining on the first time he tried to say, “Us, demons have to eat…. something different than you, my eagle.” He thought of explaining a different approach while she was interested in what sort of diet her father and uncles eat if she never saw them ever..
Then she remembered the blood ‘meat’ that made her sick.
“Is it blood?” She asked, felt sick on mentioning or even images of the ‘meat’ filled with blood dripping from the plate.
Urogi nodded, “yes…That's what had us only gain strength. And the Slayer had to execute us for that.” He said, but was glad that his little girl wasn't completely like himself nor his brothers. That's what made him happy to see her different.
Like a special rare being that could be more than being a killer, he doesn't know why but was glad to see that if she could blend into the human world then she might survive against the enemies.
Little (Y/N) takes a deep breath to calm her nausea, looks at her papa with understanding on how he and her uncles need blood to survive, but dislikes it for their only chance to not go hungry.
“You understand, my baby girl?” Urogi asked softly,
“Yes, papa.” She replied then hugs him immediately, he hugged her back while Belle lay her head on both her and Urogi in comfort.
She wasn't stupid on what creature they were, but still loved them like her guardian angels from different species.
