One of the only mobs in the nether that have a gold sword is zombie pigmen. Zombie pigmen are mobs that are half zombie and half pig. When you kill them they drop rotten flesh or gold nuggets. But if your lucky sometimes it will drop a gold sword or a gold helmet or even enchanted! But be careful when you attack them. Once you attack one if there are any more zombie pigmen in the area they will attack you along with the other zombie pigman attacked. Here are two ways how that happens. One if you make a nether portal rarely a zombie pigman could spawn in it. Two very rarely if a pig gets strucked by lightning it will turn into a zombie pigman. Zombie pigman are fire resistance so they can not burn by a fire aspect sword or in lava(imagine in minecraft you can swim in lava without fire resistance).
