🍂Leif🍂 «a week and five days later»

I know relationships take time to develop but the week and five days took forever. And they're still not fucking dating. At least Haneul is more confident now.

"Hello Haneul!"

"Hey! What happened?"

"Leif has a girlfriend and I lost feelings for him."

"Don't worry! Let's go on a walk!" He said confidently and nervously at the same time.

They have been hanging out since. Haneul's crush on Hana has been growing and growing more. I don't even know if Hana has a crush on Haneul yet.

I wonder what Yukio's doing. Maybe I should go visit him. He's my friend after all.

I go through the front door and close it then start walking to his house.

As soon as I arrived at his house, I saw his sister sitting on a hill, staring at the sky.

She didn't have a great time at school. She kept on getting pushed on the grass and bashed into the those climbing things in the school playground so Yukio homeschooled her.

I ignore it and go up to his front door and just open it because it's unlocked.

"Hello Leif!" Yukio said, walking up to me.

We both go to sit on the couch and have a conversation. I've been wondering why his sister is always outside.

"Hey Yukio, why is your sister always outside?" I asked him.

Yukio paused for a moment then answered my question.

"Well, our parents would always leave us outside so many times that she got used to the outdoors," he responded hesitantly.

"Then how come both of you are so pale?"

"They would only keep us outside on cloudy days or when the sun isn't out. They say the weather shows how they felt when they had us."

I feel so bad for both of them. I know it's not my fault but still I feel sorry for them. I ask him a different question to lighten the mood.

"What's her favourite type of flower?"

His eyes lit up, "she really likes roses! But only pink and white ones. She says that red roses are too romantic."

Huh they really get along well. I always see siblings fighting but I have never seen those two get into an argument once.

If I could, I'd let him and his sister live with me. But because of my shit father, I can't. So I have to walk to his house if I want to see him.

My phone rings. I answer it and I see that Nadia is calling me.

"Hey Nadia what you need?"

"Hana told me that she has a crush on Haneul!"

My eyes widen. I never knew this day would happen.

"Let's Make sure they get together soon."

She agrees and hangs up. Her mother is trying to get my father sued and will try to be my guardian in the future.

Whenever I visit Nadia, which is like twice or three times a month, her room has like (G)I-DLE or Le Serrafim posters hung by her desk or bed. Those two Kpop groups are the ones she stans the most.
