Aurora was dressed in a white bikini with jean shorts over, she sat on the porch watching the firefighters fill up the pool for them

Aurora pov

"Hey, cut it off, Ernie!" the lieutenant yelled as the water was cut, "Thanks, lieutenant" Debbie smiled

"Hey, you mind if we drop Cami off early tomorrow?" he asked grabbing Cami from Debbie, "Teresa's got inventory as Costco" he added

"No problem. And tell Teresa thanks for the case of dented soup" she smiled as the lieutenant talked away

"Pools open!" Debbie yelled as some of the kids jumped into the pool, "Cannonball!" Carl yelled before jumping into the pool

"Dont drown each other!" I yelled seeing Carl tryna drown a kid before standing up and going over to Debbie, "Hey, i gotta head into work, i know im only here so the parents know someone over 10 is here, but you gonna be okay?" I asked looking at her

"Ill be fine, gonna play in the pool for a few hours, lunch and then pickup time" she said as i nodded, "Seriously, dont drown anyone, Carl" I called as i walked into the house

I got dressed into light jean shorts, a black cropped tank top and a white button up over, unbuttoned, along with white Nike's

"Hi, daughter" Kev smiled as i walked into the Alibi and i looked at him, "Daughter?" i questioned placing my purse down

"I hate that i cant keep a secret. V is out getting the papers to officially make you mine and her daughter, i know you're 17 and you're about to be 18 and you probably dont want us to, but we dont want your mom to take you away from us" he blurted as i smiled looking at him

"No way" I said letting out a breath, "No fucking way" I yelled excitedly going and hugging him as he laughed hugging me back

"Are you serious?" I asked as he nodded, we both turned when V came into the Alibi, "You told her didnt you?" she asked placing a hand on her hip once she noticed us hugging

"Im sorry! I just saw her and i got excited and i had to tell her" Kev blurted as V came over to us, "Is it true?" I asked as she nodded smiling, i turned hugging her

"Does my mom know about this?" I asked breaking the hug, "No, but the lawyer we got said we have a good chance at getting custody over you" V said passing a man his beer when Frank walked in letting out a sigh and sitting down

"I have to head home but ill see you two later" V said kissing the top of my head, kissing Kev and then leaving

"Eddie goes to the corner for a pack of Luckies, never head from again" he said as i passed im a beer, "Goddamn city couldn't wait to stop paying him. Wasn't two weeks before the checks stopped coming" he said passing Kev his empty glass

"And now what are we supposed to live off of? Sheila's single disability check?" he sighed

"Then they go and pat me down" I heard Baby, a regular, say

"How does Mr. Osama-Obama expect us to survive on that?" Frank said glancing at Baby

"He's gonna try to tase me"

"If Sheila does go to work, what's she gonna make? Minimum wage at best. Nobody's heard from Eddie?"

"He tases me" Baby said as they laughed

"Not a word. Man's got no sense of responsibility. Leaving a family of three to fend for ourselves"

"yeah, i got tasered twice, man" Baby added as Frank looked at him, "Bullshit"

"What'd you say?" Baby asked looking at him, "Uh.... I said bullshit. I got tasered, for like, a second, i crapped myself. There's no way you got tasered twice, fought off three cops, ran away. Pfft" Frank scoffed

"What, you calling me a liar?" Baby asked taking a step closer, "At the very least, an exaggerator" Frank said taking a hit of his cig

"A grand says i did" Baby said coming closer, "He's for real" one of Baby's friends added

"Kev, you still got that taser back there? I'll see your grand.. and add nine more. Ten thousand in American legal tender says you cannot get tasered twice and not soil your tighty whites, much less keep standing" Frank said standing up

Kev grabbed the taser, i followed him as we went from behind the bar and stood in front of Frank and Baby

"All right, shithead" Baby said taking off his shirt as everyone crowded around, Frank chuckled sitting back down

"Do it" Baby said as Kev turned the taser on pointing it at him, "Do it!" he yelled as Kev tased him

He grunted until the taser stooped, but still stood

"Again!" he yelled as i smiled, "My turn!" I said taking the taser from Kev, tasing Baby

He grunted once more before it stopped, "Fuck! What?" he yelled taking the prongs out of his chest

He went over to the bar, took a shot, and looked at Frank, "Where's my ten grand, motherfucker?" he asked as i chuckled

"Oh, you fucked up, Frank" i said going back behind the bar

Dressed in a plaid blue skirt, doc martins, a black cropped top and leather jacket over, i stood next to Mandy and Ian as we were watching Lip get his ass beat

"Get your guard up, Lip" Ian yelled as Lip was kneed in the stomach and then thrown at us

"Kick him back. You're punching like a f-" Ian said before throwing Lip back into the fight, he was picked up and slammed on his back as the dude got on him and started punching him

"First round. Go to your corners!" the ref yelled at the two, "Lets place some bets"

"Oh hey, Mandy, Arie" Lip said sitting on a stood Ian set out for him, "You know you're supposed to hit him, right?"

"Fuck that kid hits hard"

"What did you think this was going to be?" I asked wiping some of the blood off of his face, "I didnt think he could punch me with his foot. You see how he kicked the top of my goddamn head"

"Look at me. You wanna thrown in the towel?" Ian asked looking at Lip, as the ref began round two

"I would if i was smart" he smirked getting up going to the middle, getting punched right away
