The house was even bigger in person. It felt more like a castle than was advertised online. It looks like how I imagined Cont Dacaula's castle before it was burned by the Romans. I heard that Dracula became a martyrdom sort of figure to the vampires of today.
Four months later I had Mors second child. I could not even hold him without for the first month of his life. I would just sit there hold him and cry all day. Coreen kept asking why I cried so much. Eventually, I told her the truth.
"This baby was supposed to be Mors's child too but now I have no one to help raise him or you."
"I miss Mama Mors too," Coreen said bursting into a sobbing fit. I grabbed her in my loving arms and we sat there and cried for what felt like hours. These are the moments when I remember what I was made for.
My baby Aeden is 2 months old now. Yesterday I went out with a new friend I met them when I was looking for this house. They have lived here since they were Coreen's Age. Their name is Lacy. They are the most beautiful creatures I have ever met. I have no idea what monster species Lacy is but frankly, I don't care. I just want to kiss their sweet dark green lips. Lacy and I have known each other for six months but it feels more like six years. We went out to the bar even though both of us didn't drink. We have been hanging out for an hour but it felt more like a day. Time seems to last longer when im with Lacy. Lacy makes me feel my best.
"Let's go home," Lacy said in their most pretty voice. Is Lacy trying to seduce me? I hope they are.
"To my home or yours?"
"Either one, I just wanna fall asleep in your arms"
"God please don't wake me if I am dreaming. We should go to my house I need to check on the kids and pay the the babysitter."
"Oh sweet Grey we are both wide awake."
"I want to kiss you so badly Grey."
"Do nothing is stopping you." I've never felt I kiss that loving in my whole 30 years of life. I know this is the start of a happy life. We left the bar happy and drunk on love. Lacy touched my thigh as I drove to my house.
"You know Lacy I usually don't kiss on the first date. Let alone bring them home."
"Well I guess I'm really special"
"I hope so." When Lacy and I got out of the car she held my hand tightly. "You have nothing to be scared of you have met Coreen and Aeden many times. Plus they both should be asleep if my mother did her job as a babysitter."
That's not what im nervous about I've never slept at anyone else's house since my wife died and that was two years ago. This might be too soon to say this but we have skipped so many steps so it just feels right. I really love you."
"I love you too my dear Lacy."
"I take it you two had fun." my mother said looking at our intercrossed hands.
"Yeah, we had lots of fun," I said with a smile almost as big as this house.
"The kids are fast asleep. They had lots of fun too we watched an old comedy movie and Aedanvon loved it so much."
"I'm glad they had fun."
"Well,l I will leave you and your new girlfriend to it." After my mother left Lacy kissed me again. We went to my bedroom Lacy wrapped their beautiful arms around me and kissed my neck. I fell into a joyous and restful sleep.
I woke up expecting Lacy to have left but they stayed. I knew right then and there I met the last love of my life. I knew that as long as I died in Lacy's arms I would die happy.
