Chapter one

I walk into the house with Beta Jones behind me. My eyes scanned the inside of the old brick house. I listened for footsteps. I raise my hand signaling to stop. The air was messed with an I could feel agitation in it.

I moved my feet across the ground making no sound as I go. I looked into the living room an saw stairs to the left. They were against the wall leading to the part above me. I looked in the living room not stepping out from under the part above me. A glint caught my eye.

The glint came from a mirror an I saw at an angle the man we were after was exactly above me, with a gun pointing down, waiting for someone to walk out.
I step back an pointed above me.

Beta Jones gave me the order to do my job. My hands lit up with fire, my eyes turning to a orange color. I lifted my hand an the floor above me caught on fire.

The man immediately jumped off the platform. I called the fire back to me. The man looked at us with wide eyes, or more like me. I frown an turn around an walked out the door as Beta Jones took the man.

As the man came out of the house he looked at me. "Freak." I tried not to flinch at his words but couldn't help it. I have always been called it. Freak. I was bored an Elemental, my parents gave me up because of it.

It was chosen by the wolves who would be what. My sister was a Warrior, same as my whole family. I was a Elemental. It was rare, very rare. My wolf rarely talks. She gives me my abilities an I give her my soul.

We talk every once an a while but it has to do with training or something on a mission. Elementals are so rare you would think people would be glad to have you, nope not the case. Elementals have tons of problems.

1. We can't control our powers at a young age. 2. Our powers are hooked to our emotions . 3. Sometimes we can hack into people's minds, hear, see things no one wants.

At 8 I found out I was elemental. I got mad at my mother an shot a ball of air at her. I almost killed her. My father called an Alpha 16 hours away, sent me there an never once called or visit me.

Alpha Ryder an Luna Carly took me in. Alpha Ryder made sure I could control everything before sending me out for money, rouge or kidnappings at 13. Every mission has been successful since I started doing my part.

I find the guy, bring him out of hiding an the job is done. Not one death Happened when I was there an Luna Carly was always pleased with that. Luna Carly was like a mom to me but they never adopted me nor call me their daughter.

I was kept on the territory but in a cabin with some guards away from the pack. When I met people I was always, 'Elemental Warrior'. People would always look at me with fear or ask me to find someone.

I have never received a 'Thank you' or 'Hi'. It's always been 'You need to do this' or 'Here is your mission'. When I have been sick, Alpha Ryder would still make me work, I was never aloud to rest. I trained when I was not on a mission or interrogating someone.

I was never aloud to have friends, go to school, watch movies, have a phone. I was on a strict rules, an if I broke them, I was punished. No food or drink for 3 days. Most would have been able to survive as wolves, but I have to eat.

My powers take so much energy I can't go without something giving me energy. An I am still expected to do missions.

"Come on, Summer." I get in the car with a frown. I hate being called a freak, I've grown up with an it won't leave. I'm still hurt over what I heard Alpha Ryder say.

He told Luna Carly that I am only hear for his power.

I plan on leaving. I'm tired of being used for something, treated like a toy. Its old, an I want new. I want to date, to have friends, to love someone, to go to party.

I look at the window as we start to leave the house. If my knowledge an wolf are right, I am 6 miles away from Kyro Woods Pack. The strongest pack in America.

If I can get their, I can convince Alpha Dustin to take me in. Explain to him I will work for him if I am not controlled.

I look around the car an saw most everyone was in front of us. Perfect. It gives me an even longer escape time. I feel my eyes change into a a deep green as the ground shakes an the car is tipped over from the road coming up.

I quickly kick open the door an climb out. I look behind me to see some everyone getting out. I quickly start to run towards the forest. "Summer get back here!" I saw Beta Jones shift along with everyone one else before running towards me.

I start to use my powers as I run. I made roots of trees come up tripping them. I used air balls to throw at them hitting one ever once an a while.

I look up at the sun an come with an idea. I reach my hand out way in front of me. Vines started to quickly come towards me. I grab on one before grabbing another so I was swinging from vine to vine.

Beta Jones stopped quickly as I passed into Kyro territory. "Summer, Ryder will have your head." he says growling at me. I turn an glare at him. "I can kill him. He is weak with out me. Alpha Dustin will hear of all his crimes!"

I back away an start to run towards the center of the territory. I heard wolves coming from all directions. None held the power of an Alpha. "Damn it!"

If I can't prove my self to the Alpha I will die. I turn an light the whole ground on fire, drawing a circle around me. I see wolves stop an growl while staring at me. "I need to speak with Alpha Dustin. I am an Elemental."

All the wolves step back as I speak an I feel my heart crack. They are scared of me. Just as I was going to tell them I am nice, a huge power wave hits me. The power was super strong. I knew it was the Alpha, but what I didn't know was what my wolf whispered to me.
