Yn pov

It's been a few weeks since I joined task force 141 and since that day ghost hasn't spoken to me at all I wish he didn't ignore me but I can't force him to talk to me I soon hear a knock on my door I get up and open it

Soap" morning !"

Yn" oh morning soap is everything alright?"

Soap" yes we need you to come downstairs there is a mission we need to do "

Yn" oh yea sure "

Soap left with a smile he was always so kind to me I then go downstairs and enter the meeting room I sit down next to soap and gaz and ghost was sitting on the other side with his normal cold expression price open the door and stood at the end of the table and gave everyone a piece of paper

Price " we have a mission to go and investigate an abandoned building we need to go in there and try to find if there is any information that has been left behind "

Soap" wait not to be rude sir but this is an illegal lab and don't you think any information that is in there will be bad?"

Price" your correct but it's important the lab did illegal experiments on people" he said said

I look at the paper and I went silent I look at the information on the paper and my face goes pale my blood goes cold the memories of this place rush back I get up " excuse me " I leave the room

Soap" yn!"

Price" leave her be "

Gaz" what in the world is she ok sir ?"

Price " she will be " he said with a deep breath " let's leave her for a minute "

Soon ghost stands up and walked to the door price looks at ghost and ghost gave him a look and price nod his head

Ghost left the meeting room and goes to yn room

Ghost " yn" he knock the door ghost could hear crying he open the door

Ghost " hey you alright "

Yn was under her blanket crying
Yn" leave me alone ghost " I said

Ghost shut the door behind him and sits at the bottom of my bed and looks at me I slowly come out from under the blanket and look at him my cat ears and tail are let out

Ghost " you alright?"

Yn" no not really "

Ghost " let me guess that's the lab that experimented on you?"

Yn " yea.." I say as I wipe the tears that fall down my face

Ghost " wanna talk ?"

Yn" I dunno "

Ghost " I'm not gonna force you"

I hesitate but I might as well tell him something Evan if it's small

Yn" that lab was were I grew up and they experimented on me till I passed out " I didn't want to tell him everything

Ghost " I'm sorry about that" did he care I mean it sounds like he did care

Yn" it's Alright you don't need to apologise you did nothing wrong "

Ghost " yea but still" he said" so that's why you and price are so close he saved you didn't he?"

Yn" yea when I was just a kid he found me and took me in. He raised me as his own "

Ghost " mhm I see."

Yn" sorry "

Ghost " why are you apologising there is no need to"

Yn" I know but it's just I'm sorry for everything " I say as I tear up why am I so emotional I hate it I cry over everything but I don't cry when I need to it's so confusing but soon I feel two big strong arms wrap around me

Ghost " shhh it's ok" his voice was so comforting I cry in his arms he pet my head as i curl up and hug him he might be cold but he has a soft side I soon get sleepy I have been crying so much and his body was so warm I can't help but fall asleep

Ghost pov

She fell asleep she must of been tired I touch her cat ears they were so soft and fluffy but I soon stopped and place her down on her bed and put a blanket over her and waited at the bottom of her bed till she woke up she was so small and so cute when she sleeps All curled up her tail moves around slowly as she sleeps and the odd twitching with her cat ears it was cute I watched her for a bit not trying to be creepy but I found a book on her desk and it seems like a good book so I start to Read it till she wakes up

After 20 minutes

Yn pov

Crying why no no not this dream not again please no no ! Please not again I wake up in cold sweat and me breathing heavily as I cry and trembling but I see ghost as he came to me and hugged me I hugged him back

Yn" you stayed?"

Ghost " good thing I did you were having a nightmare "

Yn " yea I guess so "

Ghost  " you ok?"

Yn" yea know I am thanks "

I let go and sit next to him

Ghost ' no problem I'm here now "

Yn" thank you "

Ghost gave a small smile I could see it behind his balaclava

Ghost " price said you don't have to do the mission if you don't want to"

Yn" no it's Alright " I say " I have to face my fears"

Ghost " but this is different that place Is gonna trigger you yn"

Yn" I know but it will seem suspicious if I don't go"

Ghost ' no I don't think It will "

Yn" either way its been years since I last sore it I'm sure i will be fine "

There I go lying to myself again I'm not gonna be ok but I have to do it what's the point of being in the military if I can't do something so simple

Ghost " fine but I'm not leaving you got that"

Yn" yea ok fine " I say

We both give each other a small smile
