He stared at her motionless body from the top of the stairs he couldn't believe she could be so careless and fall down the stairs.
But one thing did catch his attention, blood, there was blood on her head from where she hit her head when she fell.
He knew she would wake up eventually so he quickly ran down the stairs and reached her in a matter of a few seconds.
"What in gods name..." He said as he slowly went to touch her face to see if she was all right.

He looked at her on the floor lifeless and started to panic, he didn't want her to die like this.
He started to shake her to see if that would help but nothing worked and he got more horrified and terrified.
He dropped to his knees and started to do CPR to try and get her breathing again, he couldn't lose her like this.
he tried to act like he didn't care about her but he did he had big feelings for her, he picked her up bridal style and rushed her to the car and drove her to the hospital
He drove her to the nearest hospital and rushed her into the emergency department.
The doctors took her to a separate room but as soon as it was cleared out he went to stay with her, he couldn't let anything bad happen to her.
He started to pray to God that she'd make it and be okay in the end, he couldn't believe she would dare try and run away and then fall down the stairs to try and hurt herself...she could've died if he hadn't found her.
3 hours later the doctor released her with medication to take, now Theo and Madelyn are in the car driving home
He kept silent as he drove her home, he didn't know how to bring up the conversation without being awkward after all they had just been through.
Finally he spoke after a few minutes of silence, it was time to finally talk about it.
"I just want you to know...you really scared me back there, you could've killed yourself or gotten hurt so badly..."
"ohh so now you care, huh, the only reason I fell down the stairs was because I couldn't see because you took my glasses" she yelled clearly angry at him
He felt like slapping her when she said that.
Was she seriously blaming him for this? Had she suddenly lost all her memory of what just happened?
"I was trying to teach you a lesson and now you're trying to blame ME for this?"He felt like slapping her when she said that.

His eyes widen when she says that, she really did have some attitude...
"Are you really trying to make me the bad guy here? Do you not realize how many women would kill for the life you're living right now?"
Madelyn rolls her eyes "then go find them, and you are the bad guy you have been the bad guy" She yelled out
He slams his fist down on the steering wheel, that was it, he wasn't gonna put up with this disrespectful behavior.
"I should've let you die back there, I should have just let those stairs finish you off..." He said under his breath.He slams his fist down on the steering wheel, that was it, he wasn't gonna put up with this disrespectful behavior.
