Trapped In A Desert

Ashley's pov:

*poof*

Ariana disappeared leaving Ashley stunned by everything she said.

Ashley couldn't take it any more and fell to the ground, sitting there as the carried more sand to her face.

"What an exit, don't you think?" Chelsea asked rolling her eyes heaven wards

Exist in deed

"Okay Ariana you can come back now!" Akeelah said walking around in circles "Come on, you are with the book and all that stuff, does she always makes exists like this Ashy?" Akeelah asked sounding irritated

"Yes, Ariana can fucking turn around and go poof" Ashy replied sarcastically while holding back tears, what Ariana said really hurt her.

"Oh am sorry Ashy, I didn't mean to hurt you" Akeelah apologised.

"Whatever, I forgive you, let's just try and find civilization or something" And with that all three girls began walking towards nothing but sand

Ashley thought to herself

Ariana's pov :

Immediately I turned I saw myself in a dark cave, it was pitch black and very scary.

"Ashley, Akeelah, Chelsea were are you?... If this is a prank please stop it"

I tried reaching for the wall of whatever I was in so I could feel where I was.

While doing so, the book in my hand lit up.

I looked at it and saw the red gem on it glowing with light.

I walked towards the room, and I was looking for a way to escape when I saw a boy in a cage.

I rushed towards him.

"Are you okay?..... What are you doing in a cage?..... Why ain't you answering?.... Don't worry I would get you out okay"

I dropped the book in a place where I can see the cage.

I tried opening it with my hand but it didn't work.

I picked a stone from the ground to hit the cage but instead it bounced back.

"What the fuck is going on?" I asked no one in particular

I looked around for something I could when I saw a stick.

I tried to use it to open the cage but to no avail.

After few minutes of failure.

I sat down on the floor too tired to lift a finger.

I sat down  for two to three minutes before standing up

"let's do this again"

I tried opening it again but it still didn't burge

"I'm not giving up now"

I used my bare hands to hold the key lock and pulled it hard

This time harder than I did before

After pulling for long time.

The key lock emitted light and wala it opened

I entered to drag the boy out of the cage

"Damn you are heavy"

While trying to lay his back on the wall

He rested his head on my shoulder

I was feeling his hot breath on my bare skin

What the heck

I was feeling something on my shoulder but I ignored it

The next thing, I felt something sharp piercing through my neck

And before you know it I saw blood

Hang on blood?

Before I could figure out what was going on

I was losing consciousness

And before you know it I passed out

Sorry for not uploading for a long time

And sorry for the short chapter

Couldn't come up with something long

But don't worry

Next time it would be longer
