Narrator POV

(A\N) = Author's note

[October 22 1979]

The evening was cold yet the sky being a shade of pinkish orange that seemed to warm the atmosphere. The town of Oregon Trail was always said to be one of tranquility...With a trace of mystery in any corner you could locate.

Evangeline moved to Oregon Trail within the month. One day she decided to explore her new home town. Eventually she ended up sitting on the side of the road with a drink in hand. The wind howling over Evangeline's head with a hint of warning in its voice. ''Looks like I should go-'' she began to talk to yourself until...

A truck like vehicle began to skid around the road in front of her. Its wheels misplacing themselves as they looked straight at her. Before she knew it, the truck had ran right pass her. Evangeline's memories flooded her head during that moment. Only for her to live after all. "What the actual hell!?" She soon shot up from your spot and darted her head around to see where the truck landed from its 'departure'. Behind Evangeline laid a gracious field of grass and forms of plants. The surrounding woods laying after it beckoning her. However what truly enticed her was the truck that plagued the view. The windows all blacked out..

"Let's see who the f_ck almost killed me!"

Evangeline rushed up to the truck and bashed her fist onto its door in a deranged knock. The window slipped down its outline.. Finally revealing the driver. The driver was a boy.. Clearly some teenager with ginger hair in a shaggy shoulder length style that crowded his face. Were those flight goggles on his head? And...Bandages on his forehead?

"What do you want?"

His voice appeared raspy and unwelcoming to her..

A\N:

Welcome back to the author's note! So yes this is a slow start but it will get better hopefully. Now this was originally going to be an interactive story, but I wanted to make mine more fitting to it's concepts so the idea of being interactive has been scrapped

Good luck dear reader..
