Emma and Jenna were lying in bed, just cuddling each other, The small Latina was determined to get Emma's trust back and to make things right between them

Even though she knew That Emma had forgiven her already, she still felt guilty about what happened and what she said to the brunette

"Emma, I'm really sorry about what happened, Can we just talk about it?" The taller girl was taken aback by this, Jenna didn't really want to talk about these things before

Maybe she truly wants to change and make things right? Emma asked herself and smiled a bit at the thought

"Sure, what do you want to talk about?" The brunette asked and turned around to face her lover, who did the same thing

now both on their sides looking at the other

"About everything, I know you wanted to help because you went through this too, and I know you wanted the best for me and to help me through it, but I just managed to push you away

And make you angry, and hurt you in an awful way, I really didn't mean to, I don't know where it came from, I'm really stressed these days, and anxious

I just want to make things right between us and for us to go back to how we were before things went down, I truly miss those days, I love you Em, and I'll do anything to go back to how it was "

Emma took a deep breath, Jenna spoke so quietly, it was barely audible, but she heard it, and knew that Jenna meant what she said

"Okay, I believe you, and we can work this out, together, okay? I'm here, we'll get through this" Emma said and gently took her lovers hand, pulled it closer

And pressed a kiss on her palm, which melted the smaller girl's heart immediately

Jenna let out a big breath and nodded, she closed her eyes and felt her lover softly caressing the top of her hand with her thumb

"I love you too" Emma spoke quietly, then pulled Jenna closer and made her cuddle up to her side, Jenna didn't complain at all

She was glad that she was back in Emma's arms, even though it wasn't that much time they spent apart

it was still painful for both of them

three days later

Jenna didn't fully understand how to open up about things, she was struggling with it, but Emma was there to help her

They barely got any progress and both of them were fucking tired by now, after days of trying

Jenna decided to go and see a psychologist, She didn't want to tell Emma about it, because if she was honest, she was sort of Embarrassed about going there

"Alright, I'll be back in a couple of hours" Emma said as she got ready for work, Jenna sat on the edge of the bed and nodded with a soft little smile on her face

"Okay, I love you, Take care" Emma smiled, leaned down, and pecked her girlfriend on her lips

"I love you too" She pressed another kiss on Jenna's lips before fixing her posture and walking out of the room and then soon out of the house

Jenna sighed and grabbed her phone, then went downstairs, She was going to her first appointment with her psychologist

She was sort of nervous about this, but She knew that this way she could get better and get things back how it was, her bruises were a lot better now

they were healing up pretty quickly thanks to the meds and the creams she got from her mother

"I'll be back in an hour or so" Natalie raised an eyebrow and hurried over to her daughter "Where exactly are you goin'? late at night?"
