*Narrator Pov*
He didn't know how long it's been since he slept, or when he last ate something edible. His arm hung loosely to the side, he hadn't been able to feel it for a while at this point, that didn't matter/ He had to keep going even though he was down to 40% he needed to keep going. He needed to end this, for them.
Izuku lost his footing and fell to his knees using a nearby car for support. He brought out some Black tendrils and used them as makeshift canes as he got up and continued to walk toward his next location. All Might already tried to stop him but failed, that was a little over a week ago, but he needed to keep going.
There weren't many villains left or civilians, the villains were mostly dead while the civilians were in shelters. Meaning anyone Izuku came across was a villain, but it seemed most of the villains lately were assassins from ... him. To finish him off or if they were strong enough...take him to AFO.
Izuku coughed as he pushed off the car and began his trek once again this time using Black Whip like a cane. A signal of danger made Izuku look up as he activated OFA and launched himself toward the location, he crash-landed in the street in front of a theater and slowly made his way inside. Inside on the stage was a bald man with a fiery jacket and sharp teeth, around him were several tied-up hostages.
Fire: Ah the Hero Izuku show ups! Now-
Before the villain could even monologue Izuku had embedded him into the wall holding him by the face as he slowly began to squeeze. The villain tried to fight back but tendrils held his arms and legs to the side making him vulnerable.
Izuku: I don't care. You are going to tell me where he is and don't bother to play dumb. You know who I'm talking about, and you will tell me.
The villain's eyes widened in fear as more sharp tendrils emerged from Izuku's back as he glared down at the villain.

An armored car pulled up in front of the theater at the same moment civilians ran out of it and hid behind the car. Out stepped All Might in his normal form a worried expression on his face as he stared at the entrance. Not long after Izuku emerged slowly walking out dragging the villain by the head before dropping the body as he continued to shuffle towards whatever danger was still around. All Might quickly chased after him.
Toshi: Young Midoriya!
Izuku continued to walk.
Toshi: Young Midoriya!
Izuku continued to walk.
Toshi: Izuku!
Izuku came to a stop as he tilted his head towards Toshinori who looked close to a panic attack. Izuku looked even worse than the last time he saw him. This shattered his heart seeing his protege like this.
Toshi: You have to slow down Izuku. When was the last time you ate or even slept properly? You need to at least get that arm checked out it looks like a mess.
Izuku stared forward as he swayed in place trying to keep his balance.
Izuku: I'm fine. It shouldn't be much longer until everything's fine. I already told you, to head back to UA.
Toshi: Bullshit! You can barely stand Izuku, you're in no condition to fight those monsters. If you truly want to stand a chance you need to slow down and recover properly.
Izuku didn't answer, just standing there and looking forward, until he began hobbling forward again making Toshinori grow shocked.
Toshi: Izuk-
He was interrupted by a black tendril tripping him making him fall to the floor, as Izuku leaped into the air and floated away. Toshinori tried to reach for him as he ascended but it was far too late to stop him as he went to the next signal. Toshinori failed and now it was up to the backup to stop him.

Izuku landed in a plaza in front of a crowd of civilians with the villain hiding in the middle of them. Dictator, an old villain that was defeated a long time ago by Crust. An annoying quirk but manageable to defeat even in his state, just one good hit is all he needs. Dictator started to monologue but Izuku ignored him continuing to stalk him and the people. Dictator started to become a little unnerved by the show along with the civilians until Izuku said.
Izuku: Don't worry I won't lift a finger against any of you. I'm here for just him.
Izuku continued to stalk forward even when Dictator ordered the civilians to attack him. He continued moving even though they stabbed him, punched him, and hit him, he didn't stop making the villain terrified. Less than a foot away from the villain Izuku grabbed him by the neck ready to kill him. He didn't even want to ask him, he just wanted him gone.
Before Izuku could deal the finishing blow an explosion flew in the air knocking the villain out of his hand and freeing the civilians. Izuku turned to the side with an annoyed expression. Even with the audible gasps from his appearance Izuku held his annoyed look.
Izuku: I thought I made it clear in my letters to stay in UA where it's safe.
All of 1-A and 1-B, along with the Big 3, Mt. Lady, Ryukyu, Mandalay, and Mirko. All standing there defiantly against the hero. Ochaco stepped forward making Izuku almost falter but quickly regained himself.
Ochaco: Then who will keep you safe?
Izuku chuckled at that.
Izuku: Head back now.
Ochaco: Not without you.
