No Ones POV:

Normani was knocking on Lauren front door, not getting a answer. But she does hear the jauregui siblings announcing that they will be with her in a minute.

Then it was Taylor who opened the door for her.

"Good afternoon Taylor your sis at home? She ain't answering her phone"

"Hii mani, yeah she's upstairs doing chores maybe that is why she hasn't answered you, but come in"

The dark skin walks in, to the house being clean as always and with the scent of cinnamon. She thanks the sister and heads upstairs.

On her way up she finds the doors to the rooms open, but empty from the inside, no Mr. Or Mrs. Jauregui in sight.

"Lauren? Hello" she let's herself in her room.

Watching her friend throw things out the closet. "Come in mani" she states, walking out the closet with a box.

"Finally till you come out of the closet" normani jokes.

Lauren throwing her a pillow and a warning glare. "I don't know what you are trying to say but if you think that I'm going to admit that I did, then no I'm not gay"

"That's what she said"

"Whatever, anyway what brought you here?"

"Mm my car"

The green eye Latina glares again. "No, that is not what I meant mani! I mean what's the reason for your visit"

"I'M CHEATING!"

Her chant caught her by surprise, as her dark skin bestie takes a seat on her bed.

"On.. Darrell? (OC) Wait were you and Dinah actually seeing each other like that"

She nods. "Yes.. And I feel bad Lauren, he's at another school calling me and texting me while I'm over here cheating on him with her"

"Well, who do you prefer? Like what do you feel when you are around one of the two of them, who do you sense you have more connection for" Lauren advices, sitting next to her.

Her best friend shrugs. "That's the thing, I don't know, I have the same connection for them, but you know I can't have two.. Dinah wants us to be something already, yet I haven't told her that I haven't broke up with him"

"Are you planning to break up with him"

"No.. I still have feelings for him, and then there's Dinah.."

Lauren smiles weakly. "Mani, just follow what your heart tells you and not your head, these type of situation takes people a long term to realize who they really want to be with, so mani please be cautious of what you are planning to do"

"This is why I came to you, thanks Lauren, this is the Lauren I wanted to meet, the real one"

She parts away with the smile fading away from her lips. "What do you mean the real me.."

"I know this isn't how you use to act Lauren, you were a completely different person before I met you, your parents said a lot about you and what type of daughter they have and are proud of, non of anything they said about you explains the person you are now"

What Lauren doesn't knows, is that Normani had a conversation with Camila about her. That time Camila came to her house to talk about her too.

"Mani I don't know what they told you about me, but people change you know, I changed"

"Mhmm.. Wait, she just texted me"

"Dinah?"

"Yes, and she's saying that she's coming over to my house, my parents aren't home yet"
