As Mattheo approached, me, I felt butterflies in my stomach. All I wanted to do was kiss him, but I had enough self-control, which was surprising me.
Mattheo: Wow, you're stunning. Shall we?
Elly: Thank you I could say the same thing. And we shall, kind sir.
I grabbed his hand and he pulled my to the Yule ball. After a lot of dancing. I decided to go sit down for a little bit.
Elly: I'm going to sit down for a bit.
Draco: Mind if Mattheo and me join?
Elly: I don't at all.
We went to go to sit down and start laughing and joking around but then a random boy I have never seen asked...
Random boy: Care to dance with me?
Elly: Um no thank you
Random boy: come on it will be fun.
Mattheo: Dude back off she's mine!
Mattheo said as he pulled me closer to him. I smiled to myself knowing he had my back. But the butterflies in my stomach were acting up.
Random boy: Oh, sorry my bad
Mattheo: Yeah, you're bad. Now back off.
The random boy leaves and Draco turns to Mattheo and says...
Draco: she's yours now?
Elly: Oh, shut up Malfoy. He was just being a gentleman.
After some more partying we had decided to call it a night.
( the next day)
I hate potions homework. It is the worst. Sometimes saying it out loud makes it easier to understand. At least for me.
Elly: if c + e = k how am I getting m?
Mattheo walked in and had said...
Mattheo: Need some help darling?
Elly: ahhh you scared me!
Mattheo: sorry, love.
Elly: I'm nobody's love. And yes I would like help.
Mattheo: See, if k - m = e that means c is the answer.
Elly: Oh, thank you.
Mattheo looked at me like he was going to kiss me. Wait HE WAS GOING TO KISS ME!!! Right before he could Draco walked in. Way to ruin the moment Draco. Sometimes I don't know how to keep up with him.
Draco: Am I interrupting something?
Elly: Nope ..... not at all. What is up?
Draco: I was wondering if you guys wanted to go to hogsmade?
Elly: When would I say no to that? Let's go, Mattheo you in?
Mattheo: Of course,
Elly: well what are you waiting for, come on!
At hogsmade
Elly: Oh, I forgot did you guys hear about the new kid?
Draco: Yeah, I did. What's his name?
???: The names Theodore Nott.
Elly: Oh, nice to meet you.
Theo: Likewise.
Elly: Well I'm Elly Black. That's Mattheo Riddle and Draco Malfoy.
Mattheo: I can introduce myself Elly.
Elly: Right, sorry.
Theo: Are you too dating because you guys act like it.
Mattheo: eww, why would I date someone like Elly. I would rather date my dad or even professor Snape.
And with that all I wanted to do was cry. My crush completely embarrassed me in front of someone and then made fun of me! First he knows I hate it and secondly he knows I'm self conscious but he didn't seem to care. It was a hard blow to the chest knowing that was how he felt about me.
Elly: hey guys I'm going back to my dorm I'm just tired. By the way is my room number is 7 if you need anything, Theo.
