"Oh, I was just...walking. Somewhere. I needed to clear my head, it's no big deal." Momo smiled when Sana asked where she'd been. The girl had decided to begin wearing her mask more inside as well because, despite her using Momo, she still had manners and respected that Momo would prefer to not make her shed a garden centre.
Mina was worried about you.
"She was? Oh. I'll message her about it later." The girl grinned. "Do you wanna watch a movie? There's one I think you might like."
Sana nodded, and after Momo cleared things up with her best friend, the pair sat down to watch 'The Secret Garden'. It was going normally, until a certain scene came on. Mary had just discovered the secret garden, and not only she was mesmerised by the beauty of it, Sana was, too.
At least, maybe it was the beauty, but it was probably also the feeling in Sana's heart when she saw it. The feeling of happiness, the feeling of belonging. She quickly wrote something down in her notebook, and through the terrible handwriting, Momo could make out the one word written:
Home.
"Oh...That's, um...That's not your home, Sana." Momo frowned sympathetically when the light in Sana's eyes disappeared. She now knew more than ever that, not only did she need to help Sana regain her memories, but she needed to return her home as well. "I'll find a way to get you back, though. I promise."
Sana smiled at her, though she was obviously disappointed.
Thanks, Momo! Can we go back outside after the movie?
"Sure. I don't see why not."
Mina can come if she wants to! ^_^
"Oh...Really? I noticed you were a little on edge with her, so I didn't think you'd want her to come along..."
On edge? Why would I be on edge with her?
Sana was definitely on edge with Mina. This was a good way to get to know her better, and then maybe she'd learn more about her past, so if Mina does try anything Sana might be able to blackmail her. This wouldn't even be a thought running through her mind if not for the aura Mina gave off, because just by observing her, Sana could find one emotion:
Guilt.
It was almost as though no matter what Mina did, she always felt guilty, and Sana was dying to know why.

"Nayeon's super stressed out." Mina said as the three girls walked. "Apparently Jeongyeon's venting to her more, and Nayeon doesn't have the heart to tell her that she's tired."
"I feel bad." Momo sighed, shaking her head. "Jeongyeon had a terrible childhood, especially after..." She trailed off, and Sana didn't decide to ask about it. "But if I were Nayeon, and I went to visit Korea from Japan to see my family, I wouldn't want that. It must be really hard for Nayeon to think about what happened as well...That must be so traumatising."
Sana felt a little unincluded, but she didn't mind too much. This Jeongyeon girl, though, sounded interesting. Sana was excited to potentially find out more about this so called 'terrible childhood' of hers.
Sana felt like an absolute bitch. She was actually kind of grateful that she was self-aware, but it was still shitty. The girl had no proper concept of empathy, and the innocent face she put on was simply an act. Really, on the inside, Sana was angry. She had no idea why, but she wanted revenge on something, or someone.

As the girls made their way around the city, they heard loud voices. They turned a corner to see a protest going on. Momo didn't know what it was about, but whatever it was, it seemed fairly important.
The girls weren't able to deduce what the protesters were doing before they realised that Sana was extremely overwhelmed. Her eyes were wide and she was trembling violently as she hastily grabbed hold of Momo's arm. The protest was only a small one, easy to avoid, but it still seemed to affect Sana a lot.
"Okay...Let's go in another direction." Momo said, her voice low, ushering Sana away as she gestured for Mina to follow. All the while, Sana was covering her ears desperately, squinting her eyes in discomfort.
The girls finally stopped when Sana calmed down, and Mina thought of an idea.
"Maybe we should go to somewhere quiet for now..." She suggested, and Sana nodded quickly. "Maybe the library?"
"Okay, nerd." Momo joked, and Mina gave her an annoyed glare.
"Idiot. You read more than I do."
"Oh yeah! I do, don't I?"
The girls continued on their way, until Mina began giggling out of nowhere.
"Wouldn't it be cool if you were really a princess, Sana?"
Momo laughed loudly.
"That is..." She actually began to consider it and slowed down. Momo considered how proper Sana looked when she ate, and she figured out the word she'd been looking for. Regal. "...Not entirely impossible."
That would be so cool!
The girls stopped when they saw a little girl drop her plastic tiara. Sana quickly picked it up.
"Oh my, thank you, young lady..." A man who seemed to be her grandad said, but to everyone's surprise, Sana didn't give it back. She just stared at the tiara, her hands trembling. "Um, may we have it back, please?"
"Sana...What are you doing?" Momo hissed, before taking the tiara from her hands and handing it back to the poor confused little girl.
"Yeah. It's really not entirely impossible." Mina confirmed.
(I'm thinking of publishing a side story aside from this one. It'll be Minayeon, and I already have a plot, but I need to write it!🩷)
