"Dicentra. Commonly known as bleeding heart. Signifies heartbreak, sorrow." the princess scoffed. "Are you trying to tell me something?"
The girl sitting beside her squealed. "What!? Obviously I'm not!"
"I don't want to hear it. If this is what you want, we're over." the princess pouted, crossing her arms sulkily. She secretly had a lot of fun watching the girl coax her in attempts to cheer her up for the next five minutes.
"Well then, let me explain why I gave you these." the girl said finally, and then took the princess' hands in hers. The silkiness of her gloves compared to the scratchiness of the girl's hardworking hands made an odd contrast. "We both know your big day is coming up-"
"-In two days. I know." the princess sighed. "And why must we sugarcoat things? It's not a 'big day'. It is my wedding. Almost like I'm being sent to the dungeons."
The girl frowned, but continued. "This is my pre-wedding gift. There's more, of course, but I thought I'd give you these flowers now."
"Why now?"
"I can see you're worried...Probably even dreading your wedding. Just as I am. But maybe put some dicentras in your bouquet, because in case you ever want to not be a pessimmist, you can research the other meaning behind these. Beauty."
The princess giggled, lightly hitting the girl's shoulder. "It's a shame we won't have a bouquet toss. It's a shame we won't have anything I want."
"Well, it's just a wedding. I'll still be here with you. Promise."

Sana woke up, immediately crying out from the pain that came with all those memories. Momo jumped awake in shock. "What's wrong?"
The fairy didn't answer, she just took continuous sharp inhales, never having felt so much pain concentrated on one area before. "Is this what having a hangover feels like...?" Sana mumbled, tugging lightly on her hair as another wave of pain crashed over her. Momo rushed over to her, rubbing her back.
"Believe me, this is probably worse than a hangover." Momo answered, before coking her head. "And that's not a fun experience, so, I can only imagine how you feel..."
"You're allowed to drink at seventeen?" Sana was being careless. She knew that talking would make her feel even more pain, but she was a natural extrovert. Talking was in her nature. Momo laughed nervously, looking away for a split second.
"Um...Yeah. It's different in this world." she lied, discomfort clear in her voice. She didn't have a good experience with drinking, and it scared her. Momo couldn't remember much about that experience, only what happened before and after.

"I don't think this is a good idea..." Momo muttered, cautiously eyeing the bottle her already tipsy girlfriend was waving in front of her. There was a party going on, and although Momo loved this girl, she really just wanted to crawl into bed and fall asleep.
"Seriously? My God, are you scared?"
Momo shook her head, though it was a lie. Suddenly, after checking nobody was in the kitchen, the girl pushed Momo to the nearest counter, pinning her down.
