How did they get back to the library? Well, Sana felt some force (once again) tugging her to the building, and Momo needed to return a book anyway.

"What's it about?" Momo echoed Sana's silent question. Sana was staring at the cover, her eye twitching slightly. "Oh, well, it's about witches-" Momo let out a cry when the other girl slapped the book out of her hand. Luckily they were already inside the library by then. "Hey! why did you do that?"

Witches are disgusting, vile creatures.

"Well, in this world, witches aren't even supposed to exist. Fiction." Momo considered something. "Actually, a lot of people do believe in witches, but that's not the point. I'm sorry if I triggered something, but please don't do that again."

Sana sulked grumpily, crossing her arms and it made Momo snicker. Suddenly, someone short bumped into Momo. She had a cut in her cheek.

"Huh? Oh, Dahyun-"

"Yeah, yeah. Hi. I think you should stay in here for now...There's some weird plant going around, exactly like what they were saying on the news. It cut me."

Sana took one good look at the wound, and gasped.

Rub it with honey.

"What? One, I don't even know who you are, and two, are you insane?"

No, I'm not. Your bleeding the wrong shade of red. Poison.

"H-huh? How do you-"

"Just don't question it. If I were you, I'd listen to Sana." Momo interrupted her. "And you can keep a secret, right?" Dahyun nodded. "Don't tell anyone about this."

Dahyun swiftly turned around to leave the library, hopefully going to complete her task. Momo looked at Sana.

"How could you tell that the blood was the wrong shade? It seemed normal to me..."

It was turning pink. Pink like

A pause.

"Pink like what?" Sana didn't reply. "Sana. Pink like what?"

Pink like a flower I accidentally grew earlier.

"You grew a flower?" Momo's voice began to tremble. "A flower that's trying to kill people? A flower that poisoned Mina's cousin's friend?" She had to steady herself. "Sana, that's scary as shit, you know that right?"

I know.

The girls were carefully leaving the library, when a man shoved past them.

"Hey!" Momo called out, and he turned around. His expression became apologetic as he walked back towards them.

"Oh, I am so sorry." He said. "I'm just shocked about this book..."

He showed them, and the cover read: 'Nymphtales'.

"It's stupid and has gory stories when it's supposed to be for kids. They forced me to take it because they claimed to have never seen it."

"Can we take it?"

"Are you sure?" He asked, surprised.

"Definitely."

So, the two girls made their way, the book safely trapped inside Momo's bag. They must have silently decided that this was something of interest to the both of them, so Momo took it.

The two saw a lone figure sitting in the park, and Sana quickly figured out it was Mina by how Momo took her hand and ran over.

"Look what we got, Mitang!"

"Wow. A book." She replied, her voice monotone.

"I feel like it's important! So stay there while I read this." Momo dragged Sana down to sit, and quickly sat down as well. Sana then realised that Momo could get extremely aggressive when she wanted to.

The man was right. Most of the stories were pretty bloody, until they got to a certain story. The first thing Momo saw was a drawing of a woman. She wore a white dress,  and the choker around her neck looked more expensive than all of their lives combined. Well, maybe not Sana's.

"Mina? Isn't that you?" Momo questioned, and Mina gasped

"Mina? Isn't that you?" Momo questioned, and Mina gasped.

"Well she's sexy..." Mina smirked, twirling her hair. Sana groaned, before tapping her index finger on the title to remind them of what they were there for. Momo cleared her throat.

"'The Tale of the Two Sisters' ? What a weird title." Momo began. "Once upon a time, long ago, there lived two princesses. The elder was loved and adored, while the younger was despised and ostracised. Time passed, and the elder sister became queen, soon passing a law that her younger sister should always be treated fairly. So, the younger lived happy, for a while, but only for a while."

Six years later, the elder sister's homosexual relationship with a worker in the palace was leaked, and the beloved queen was assassinated soon after. The princess fell into a depression, and did something that nobody had ever even heard of before."

When tackled by the difficult task of taking over as queen, the princess refused. After the kingdom tried to pry her, knowing that she had the skill for the job, she fled and took her handmaiden with her. The kingdom was soon conquered and enslaved, as the new ruler wasn't as fit as the princess was. She was suspected to have died of old age." Momo finally finished, breathing a deep breath.

Tragic story.

Sana added, no emotion in her eyes. All Mina could do was nod. They saw a plant slithering across suspiciously, and they collectively decided that they should leave.

Sana woke up at night to a door opening. It was Momo, but the girl pretended to still be asleep. She watched as Momo looked through a cupboard to find an extra pillow and blanket, before laying down on the rug.

Sana went back to sleep, but only for a little, because she heard noises coming from Momo. The girl was asleep, but she was fidgeting and her expression was distressed.

"I'm sorry..." Momo mumbled in her sleep, grabbing the blanket tighter. Sana was sick of this, and got up, taking her pillow and blanket. She lay down beside Momo, before gently taking the girl in her arms. She couldn't speak, so until Momo calmed down, she hushed her softly, pressing occasional kisses on her cheek.
