Elena is in the kitchen, Grace closes the fridge and turns towards

Grace: What are we gonna do?

Elena: What about?

Grace: Katherine and Corrine?

Elena: We're not gonna do anything, sweetheart

Grace: They tried to kill Jenna. We can't let them get away with that.

Elena: Yes we can. If it keeps us safe then we can.

Grace: And what if they tries something else?

Elena: They won't. Katherine hurt Jenna because I didn't do what they said

She cups her face in her hands rubbing her thumbs over her cheeks and kisses her forehead

Elena: I love you, darling

Grace: I love you too.

LOCKWOOD MANSION

Katherine and Corrine arrives. Corrine takes a strawberry and walks into Matt

Matt: Caroline.

Corrine: Matt? You look dashing.

Matt: I thought you said you weren't coming.

Corrine: I couldn't miss it. You really are hot in a suit. I would love to just...Okay, here's the deal.

She looks into her eyes and compels him

Corrine: Do you know what you have to do?

Matt: I'm gonna get Tyler Lockwood really drunk. I'm going to start a fight with him and I'm gonna beat him until he snaps.

Corrine: And then?

Matt: I won't stop until he kills me.

Corrine: God, you're hot. Now go away.

Matt: Thank you.

He walks away. Grace is standing alone on the dance floor when Katherine appears beside her

Katherine: Dance with me

Grace: No

Katherine: Fine then tell me who I should kill. Him? Hmm, she looks delicious.

Grace links her arm with hers and Katherine drags her out to the dance floor.

Katherine: It's a beautiful night

Grace: Why are you doing this?

Katherine: How's Jenna? I certainly didn't expect her to survive that. Lucky girl. Clumsy. How does one stab oneself?

Grace: Katherine?

Katherine: Uh?

Grace: I don't want anyone to get hurt tonight.

Katherine: Okay. Then give us the moonstone and nobody will, my love.

Grace: Why don't you come with me and I'll take it with you?

Katherine scans her eyes over her face admiring her beauty for a long moment. She brushes her hair out of her face tucking it behind her ear

Grace: Why are you doing this?

Katherine: To get Jane back. Where she belongs.

Grace: What do you mean?

Katherine: Someone took her from us. I'm sorry for what we've done. We just want our girl back. That's all we want.

She tilts her head down and kisses her lovingly on the forehead before leaving her alone on the dance floor.

STUDY

Caroline: What is going on? Stop!

She puts herself between them. She pushes Matt on the floor. Matt gets up and rushes over Tyler but she stops him.

Matt: I can't! Let me go, I have to finish!

Tyler: What the hell is wrong with you?

Matt: Let me go!

Caroline looks at him. He keeps trying to get to Tyler. She elbows him hard in the face. He falls on the floor, unconscious. She rushes over to him.

Caroline: Matt?

Sarah secretly takes a paper knife off the desk.

Tyler: How did you...?

Sarah: Matt failed. If Matt fails, I can't.

Grace: Tyler, look out!

She runs in putting herself between herself and Tyler, the knife goes into her shoulder. Tyler pushes Sarah, she hits her head hard on the desk and falls to the floor dead.

Caroline: PUDDING!!!

Tyler: NO!!!

Caroline rushes over to Grace and helps her up, biting into her wrist and feeds her blood to her, Grace drinks her blood.

Caroline: Never do that again. I mean it

She cups her face in her hands

Caroline: Are you okay?

Grace nods her head making Caroline breath out in relief and pulls her into her arms embracing her tightly.

LATER

Caroline wraps a blanket around Grace's shoulders but she unwraps the blanket wrapping it about them both nuzzling her head in her chest. Caroline kisses her on the top of the head.

Caroline: Matt's in the car, sleeping it off. I'll deal with him; I don't want him involved in any of this.

Grace: What are you doing?

Caroline: I'm taking care of my Pudding. What does it look like?

Grace looks at her wound seeing it's healed

Grace: Can you take me home now? I want to go home.

Caroline: Sure thing, baby. Let's get you home and I'll tuck you in nice and tight

Grace leans up kissing her softly on the lips

Grace: I love you, Care

Caroline: I love you more, Pudding.

FLASHBACK-1000 YEARS AGO

Lydia; another one of Grace's doppelgangers walks through a village carrying a pale of water, she places it down beside the entrance to her hut.

She tucks her hair behind her ears, looking around seeing a blonde girl staring at her before neverously approaches her

Lydia: Hello there, I'm Lydia. I am new to the village

Rebekah: I'm Rebekah. It's such a pleasure to meet you

They both smile at each other.
